I love all the Assassins Creed games, and this one is no different. However, there are a few glitches in the game and the gameplay isn't as smooth as Black Flag. It's frustrating at times but the game is still fun and the graphics are amazing.

Alot to do in this large and beautiful open world. Lots of upgrades. Most major glitches have been fixed.

Great game. If you like a game with a good story and action. This is the game for you.

Interesting storyline. The graphics were detailed. The history was relevant. The story was appropriate.

There are no game changers here, despite what you may have heard. This is an Assassin's Creed game through and through, and if you've tired of the formula, then there's not much new here to entice you. For everyone else, the game's still fun, there are fewer annoying missions (e.g. eavesdropping) but there are way more bugs at the moment. The graphics are amazing but the framerate is not great-- so for most people, you may want to wait a bit and see if things get patched up. But it's still generally enjoyable if you're a fan of the series.

I recently completed Black Flag and bought this afterwards. I enjoy the way the Assassin games get you involved in the action early in the game. The 'Unity' game is no exception. The graphics and scenery are awesome. Fluid motion, and the interactions with the surroundings are seamless. The character has a pretty cool arsenal of weapons, fully customizable uniforms, and there is an interactive online component to the game as well.

Definitely better on PS4 all the controls are different took some getting used to...amazing graphics

Gameplay is great! Still going at it! Story line is cool! Patience is needed when getting used to!

The issues are well documented by professional reviewers and blogs: -poor optimization and a ton of ai result in low resolution and frame rate, that can cause jarring bugs, glitches, stuttering. -gamergate. Google it if you don't know. -female assassins are way too hard to render. Seriously. Google it as well... -xbox and pc hard lock/ crashes. -very different graphics than we saw in the e3 trailer or the subsequent ones. -archetypal story, characters, and formulaic plot. -uplay is the worst thing ever. I still don't have any of my dlc, and the companion app is broken. -British accents through the entire game from a French Canadian company's take on revolutionary France. -microtransactions beyond the $60 game and $30 season pass Now why I'm giving it 4 stars: -Arno is charming, much like Edward from Black Flag. It's hard to not want to see his story, despite being a bit fuzzy on some bits -Paris, France isn't just the setting; it's another protagonist and the real femme fatale of Unity. -murder investigations, Paris stories, and dynamic crime fighting in the streets elevate the franchise in very much needed ways, as does the cafe theater. -it has the ACII vibe. Ezio would have no trouble breaking bread with Arno. They might be... A bit too alike... But I really can't complain as a fan of Ezio's epic story. -the fencing/fighting is not quite what they promised it would be in terms of difficulty, but it certainly is way more fun than before. The animations are great, as well. -the voice acting is impeccable. -if they ever get the app working, it's pretty cool looking. Combined with initiates, they're trying to expand the experience past the console, and into your imagination... Caviat: and into your pocket. -the world design and camera are pretty great so far. -co-op is supposed to be incredible, although I've not played it yet. To summarize, this game has a ton of potential and replay ability, provided they fix the MASSIVE technical issues (that I'm told they are working on), discount the dlc, and most importantly- stop condescending to the gaming community as a whole and level with is when things are broken. I'm enjoying it so far, but I know I'm playing a Beta.

Assassin's Creed: Unity is a fantastic game that will give you many hours of gameplay. The game world is huge! Now that they have worked out the launch bugs it is so much fun to play. Playing the coop missions with a friend is also a blast. To make up for launch issues, Ubisoft is also giving the Dead Kings DLC to people for free which adds even more content to this game. I got this game on sale and it was well worth it!

I haven't played an AC game since AC2, so I won't speak to what's new and improved, because I'm not sure, I just know I had a lot of fun running around assassinating dudes. As for the tidal wave of complaints about this game and it's bugs and such, I only ever had one. It hard-locked on me one time and I had to reboot my PS4. That's once, in what has to be near 40 or 50 hours of gameplay. I didn't see any floating bodies or glitching ragdolls, I never fell through the map, everything else played as expected.

This game is fun. I haven't played it a ton yet but the story and game play are both fun! These games work great on the Vita Remote play also with the controls altered to benefit the touch screen for vita. If you like the other AC games this game is right up your ally. Don't expect anything different here, follows suit just like the games before it but the graphics are awesome (I still expected more of an improvement) but they look good! Lots to do in this game to keep you busy if you're a die hard AC fan!

This game has a lot of graphics and the killngs look almost real. The settings in France are awesome. They display the old buildings down to a "t". The wardrobe and weapons are high tech and modern. It is a must have.

Good graphics. Good stories as usual. The only thing that is bad about this game is the controls. They have never been very fluid but has improved greatly over the years

Bought this for my son and he LOVES it! Great storyline and, of course, superb graphics.

Overall, the game isn't bad. It's just a huge departure from fourth entry, Black Flag, that I was a bit disappointed. Solid story and gameplay, but kind of boring tbh,

I had my doubts at first but this game turned out to be good. Once you get to the sailing and ship battle parts it becomes fun to try and upgrade your ship. Great graphic and sound on the next gen systems as well.

This game has acquired a poor reputation due to how many bugs and glitches it had upon its launch. Since launch ubisoft has ironed out nearly all of the bugs and made the game a relatively enjoyable experience.

There are a lot of glitches that plagued this game at release. Some have been fixed but I still enjoyed Black Flag better then this. I would advise to wait for a sale if you are interested in playing this game.

This is just an amazing storyline. I love games that require you to play stealthily.
