I'm torn about this game. On the one hand, it's a (mostly) polished experience that's enjoyable and caps off a great series of games started on the 360/PS3. On the other hand, the developers over at Rocksteady have crammed so much "side" quest stuff into the game, it feels aimless. Many modern games have this issue, particularly ones with open worlds. You're pulled in every direction with missions: stop a crime here, put out a fire there, chase some bad guys in the Batmobile. And oh yeah, if you have a moment, remember there's a bomb about to go off, but not really... we need to give you the choice of what to do in the order you want to do it in, so long as you've "unlocked" the different sections of the map. As "open" as this world is, it's not truly open until about halfway through the "main" story mission. Characters chatter all the time, and in small doses that's fine, but the game is overwritten to a fault, so much so that conversations often overlap one another. Which either proves how pointless most of it is, or just shows a lack of awareness on the developer's part. Aside from the occasional hiccup in framerate or action, the game runs really well. There were some major issues with the PS4 version, one that required a day-one patch that was nearly 4GBs, with an additional patch a week later to fix the online leader boards that were working on the first day of release. Overall, it's a good game that doesn't quite achieve the same highs as its predecessor ARKHAM CITY, and with a $40 season pass on the table, those on the fence may want to wait for the inevitable GOTY edition.

Everything about this game is an absolute upgrade. The graphics, the storyline, the additions. Utilizing the batmobile and more gadgets has helped make this game more enjoyable.

I have played both Arkham Asylumn and City extensively and this game blows both out of the water. The expanded traversal mechanics and introduction of the Batmobile really make you feel like Batman more than ever before. I'm having so much fun and will continue to play until MGSV comes out!

The game is fantastic! Easily one of the best games out there. Detailed graphics are always one of my greatest concerns, and Batman outperforms itself indefinitely. The gameplay will also keep you interested until the very end and wanting more. A definite must have for any gamers out there!

It takes the mechanics and atmosphere of Arkham City and refines them. The gameplay is smooth and the environs are incredibly detailed. This final entry in the trilogy likely will not earn Game Of The Year accolades like the first two, but is nonetheless a fine addition to a stellar series.

Arkham Knight is a masterpiece of an action game. The graphics are truly next gen, and the gameplay is largely the same as in Arkham City (That's a good thing.) but not without a few improvements. I rarely pay full price for a video game, but this one was worth the price of entry on Day 1.

I love batman but this game is a little hard to get use to. But I practiced (A LOT!) and I'm happy to say at least now I'm proficient enough not to get killed immediately or roam around aimlessly not knowing where I'm going or what I'm doing (thanks to my son's help). the game is great.

Great game! Sucks that this is the final game from Rocksteady. I look forward to more DLC that is one the way. I recommend the purchasing the Season Pass. It would have been great to not have to be in the batmobile completing the tank battles. The game should have had more boss battles.

Game looks great! Tons of extra side missions. However, never able to get the add -ons to work

I have no complaints so far. This installment in the series does a great job of training players on the control scheme. the game looks great & runs flawlessly on the PS4. Wearing the 1960 TV skin is hilarious at times, especially in cutscenes where other NPCs are taking Batman seriously!

City is huge. Lots of diversity in game play. Decent story. A bit disappointed in the graphics.

Amazing graphics, role play as batman and his friends, Catwoman, robin, new and upgraded batmobile, more dangerous criminals, bosses, amazing story line, loved it.

I purchased this for my fiance because he kept talking about it from the first time it was introduced! He ended up playing it pretty much non-stop and beat the game. Now he keeps going back and playing it some more under different story lines. Best purchase of a video game so far!!

If you've played the first two Rocksteady Batman games you have an idea what to expect. I'm a fan of those games so this is just bigger and better. On the flipside I can't say that if you disliked the first two the third will win you over. It's the same core game with new features.

Drive the bat-mobile, chase the bag guys Dow and shock the runners. This game is awesome!!

This has to be the best Batman game so far I am enjoying it a lot. The only thing I would change is less use of the batmobile. While it is nice to be able to drive it and control it, it is required for too many missions in my opinion. Other than that I highly recommend this game.

I've liked the Arkham series as they show off Batman's detective skills instead of making it a beat up game like numerous other Batman games have been. The story was good but a lot of things that seemed like they were new to this game's story were taken from the Batman universe.

Many critics have bashed the Batmobile's invasive inclusion in this Arkham title, supposedly Rockstar's last. While players are forced to use Batman's ride more than they might like, the actual driving and mechanics of the vehicle are solid. The core mechanics of the other Arkham titles are here to enjoy, as well. Certainly not an "air tight" Arkham game, a la Arkham City, but nevertheless a fun and worthy entry.

Despite the Batmobile being frustrating at times, this game excels at what it was made for - a solid Batman experience, and the closure to an already excellent trilogy. Once you can get past the Ubisoft-esque collectible sequences, the required Batmobile, & the lack of end-game boss battles, this game is wonderful. Ensure you do as much "side-content" as you can to get the "true" and satisfactory ending...
