This hand was ok Gameplay was very hard and got repetitive in various times. Also graphics were not its strongest attribute

Awesome early entry into the Soulsborne genre, although this is somewhat different from the magic and high fantasy settings of the others. Definitely a must own for any Playstation owner.

Obviously, a lot of people like this game. I don't. I finally gave up after spending several days on a particular boss fight. There is no learning curve on the boss fights. It's purely reflex, and if you don't have the reflexes, you can't progress. Some people claim there is a complex story behind the game. You can get long YouTube videos on the meaning of the characters and places. But, the game itself gives no information. The only way to find out what is supposed to be going on is use gamer boards or join the network (monthly fee) and interact with other players. I suspect part of the point of the scarcity of background information is to encourage players to join (for a fee) the Playstation network. Similarly, there is no glossary in the game itself to interpret the statistics of the weapons or the different levels. I emphasize again: there is no in-game help whatsoever. Even with the best YouTube explanation, the story is disjointed and disconnected, with absolutely no grounding in any definable character.

We play casually, and this game is too difficult for us to get in to.

Bought it on sale, but it had a blemish on the disk. Got my money back to put toward the complete edition instead.

This game is okay playing solo, but is a lot of fun playing multiplayer.

Just got it. Game is kinda difficult to follow. Graphics is ok. Probably need more time playing it to enjoy it. But for price, a good deal. Maybe they will remastered it in a newer version.

I believe this game is made for online gamers it is almost impossible to play this game through on story mode .

This game isn't for everyone. If you enjoyed Dark Souls series or hard game, this is for you!

For 20 bucks its the worth of try and you can play it with 3 players so its makes it worth the fun.

I personally didn't like this game. The story seemed to blah to me. And the fighting is just a pain.

This game is BEYOND frustrating. Have been playing for 2hrs and still haven't got to the 1st boss. You die, and go straight to the beginning. If you like replaying a level over and over and over again this is the game for you. I enjoyed it up until the 10th time doing the same part!

not a big fan of dark souls style games. but bloodborne is ok. is more fast pace than dark souls.
