I didn't know what I was getting into but I liked it

Finally decided to pick this up and pleasantly surprised by how great this game is.

Have pacience with this game and you will enjoy it.

This game was fun as first but got boring real quick.

So I recently bought a 4k TV with the PS4 Pro and a pile of games. I did a lot of research on the games that PS had out so I could start off with a great selection. I liked that this game had a gothic, dark look and chose it to fit the role of a dark action game with difficulty associated with it. Out of all the games I researched and bought this is the one game that I have been disappointed with. 1.) The game has little direction on game mechanics, 2.) There are barriers to the next section of the game that are so discrete that you spend 30 minutes running in circles getting frustrated, and 3.) the gameplay is not fun. I got so bored from my first session that I haven't picked it up since.

Takes a while to get used to gameplay and storyline but its alright after you can get used to all that stuff

I know from software make great games this will be my first time playing.

While at the store my daughter asked if she could get this game. She loves it!

This game was no fun for me. The hardness of the game took all the enjoyment out of it. I understand a challenge, but if you play for a week and get nowhere they its time to move on.

I've been waiting to get this! I wanted a hard copy, I bought a used version through Best Buy. It arrived with its original cover art and it's exactly what I wanted.

This game is too hard for most people to enjoy, but if you want a hard game that forces you to replay the same sections of the game numerous times, you'll probably like this.

Great value with amazing boss designs and gothic theme.

OK. This game is one of the most challenging I have ever played. The only way to not get hit is too dodge and roll. I played thru the 1st area several times to level up my character but that wasn't enough to beat the 2nd boss. I have died so many times that I have given up on said boss and I'm selling the game. Its just not very fun. Yes its addicting but just way too brutal. The graphics are great and the game is original but that's it. 2 stars for both graphics and originality.

Must have title collection to have if your a collector

I'm really not sure about Bloodborne for PS4. I have yet to get off the first screen. For what you have to do in this game, the character is stiff and the punches aren't accurate. I have yet to been able to find any weapons to assist me. The games theme reminds me of Resident Evil and Devil May Cry games but way more confusing on what my task is and how to start doing it. I bought this game during the purchase of my PS4, being recommended to me by someone in the store. I wanted to take it back but let the return date pass me buy. The game has been sitting around since the 1st day I bought it and played it.
