Bought used. Hubby likes it but story is a little hard to get into.

A game that you'll die to play it or playing it, be patient!!!

Unless you are a 24/7 gamer then don't buy this!!!

If you die it starts all over from checkpoint . Now that sucks

I love the concept of a horror RPG type game, but I just couldn't get into it. I didn't think it was overly difficult, but there's really no story. If you don't care about stories and just are looking for a good gaming experience, feel free to try it, though.

The creator of Demon's Souls & Dark Souls sets yet another benchmark for hack and slash - action RPG's, as Bloodborne delivers on every turn. I've played about 5 hours already, haven't beaten the first boss yet, and have died numerous times and I've never had more fun doing it over again. Combat and mechanics are very tight, leaving little to no leeway when landing devastating blows. If you're even a hair late on avoiding a foes attack or sending one of your own, it will most likely lead to your death. For those who haven't played a Souls game before, the game is very unforgiving. You will die a ton, but it will teach you to slow down your combat mechanics, figure out the perfect time to strike the enemy, and which moves to use to help down your bosses. Because of this progress is very rewarding. If you need help during enemy encounters you can summon friends to come help you at almost any time, and leave hints for others to help their journeys as well. In terms of graphics Bloodborne is no "Order 1886", but it's not bad at all. The art style makes up for what lacks in the graphics department and you'll be constantly set in gloomy areas, and surrounded by even darker enemies. The only complaint I have so far is some pretty bad load times, which if you're dying a lot, you'll experience a lot of. They last around 30-45 seconds, but is a small hitch in an otherwise outstanding game which can definitely be patched later. Buy this game, you will not regret it. And bring an extra pair of clothes for your character, you're about to spill lots and lots of blood. Everywhere! 5/5

I'm sure it is a great game, if you like this type of game. I didn't enjoy playing for 5 minutes, dying immediately, then waiting one minute to reload the last checkpoint.

First and foremost, Bloodborne is a great game and it's definitely worth buying if you own a PlayStation 4. Bloodborne is visually stunning. The environment is very detailed and reflects the grim and dark atmosphere the game is trying to convey. Bloodborne sounds and feels great! Bloodborne's gameplay is truly unforgiving, but in a good way. Bloodborne isn't a game where you can expect to just hack and slash to defeat your foes. Bloodborne requires you develop the necessary skills to defeat your foes and bosses by learning their movements, behaviors, and patterns. The controls are also great and very responsive. Bloodborne offers a unique selection of weapons and items as your disposal. Each weapons offer something different, which is worth trying and mastering during your adventure. Bloodborne definitely delivers with its challenging gameplay, however, there are a few things that unfortunately will make you feel frustrated, annoyed, or unsatisfied during your time with the game. I was a little disappointed in the co-op, story, and other little things. Co-op can be fun, but it is a bit frustrating to connect to begin with. Sometimes it can take awhile for you to connect with your friends, which leaves you there just waiting and waiting. Also, note there's a level range restriction when playing with friends. While it is understandable, if your friend decides to get the game later on, it may be awhile before you and your friend can even play together. I was also disappointed with the story, that is the game barely has one. This will leave you unclear with exactly why you're fighting all the monsters in the first place, besides the sole fact that you're a hunter meant to hunt. Other aspects that left me unsatisfied were the actual amount of outfits available to purchase (using insights) and eviscerating animations (could have been expanded to reflect the use of each weapon). Despite some minor flaws and drawbacks here and there, Bloodborne is a fantastic addition to the Action-RPG genre, and worth considering for your next purchase for the PS4.

Thought this would be a fun and engaging game, but found it was far from adequate and am very disappointed in this game. Would highly suggest you rent before purchasing .

The game is horrible, choppy graphics and not smooth. Not my style of game. However this should not be a reflection on BestBuy they do a great job.

expected a whole different game. Rent it first before you buy it not worth the money in my opinion. Everyone is different so try before you buy.

Game play like devil my cry but you get killed with 1 hit constantly. Horrible in game tutorial. if there was an option to get my money back I would.

This game for me is horrible, repetitive and the surroundings and enemies are the same color and the load time is horrible.

This game is too hard. I have played it for hours and can't even make it to the hounds on the first level.

I did not find the game as fun as advertised. I would personally not play it again. I didn't finish the game.

It was waste of money on this game, but Everything BestBuy did was good. The game was just horrible.
