I'm probably 25 hours into the game so far, and it is hands down one of the tougher games I've played. It brings me back to the days when games were just hard, and didn't cater to people that would just give up and quit. Bloodborne is rewarding, beautiful, and intuitive. Pick it up, it's worth it.

This game is fun and frustrating. There are battles where you will cheer when you down the final baddie as if you accomplished a great feat. Then there are battles where you will die and lose all of you hard earned goodies and are forced to make your way back without dying to collect them again from a pile of ash on the ground or they will be lost forever.

This is my favorite FromSoft game. The setting and story are so unique.

For those who have never played any of the Souls games, like Dark Souls this is from the same developer. These games are known for their difficulty and Bloodborne stays true to this tradition. Great graphics, great gameplay, You might get frustrated by the difficulty but stick with it.

This game is amazing. Bloodborne, along with the Demon/Dark Souls games, are among the greatest games ever made. They are punishingly difficult, yet spectacular. You will never feel as accomplished when beating a game as you will with this one. You will not regret buying this. 10/10.

This game looks great, and I typcially enjoy a challenge. However, as someone who really only has time to play a few hours a week, the learning curve is a little steep. At $20, I recommend it to anyone...but be warned, weekend warriors, it is really hard to get the hang of it without putting in a lot of time. You will die...a lot.

I'm not one to balk at a hard game, but this game is insanely hard. My character died about 300 times in the first few hours of game play-and I'm barely exaggerating. You die, you go back to the beginning of the level, you rush into die again. Eventually, you get better at fighting the guys and then new guys kill you. Look the game is stunning to look at, it moves nice, the mechanics are good: But, personally, I need to escape a bit when I play video games. Not have the game constantly end on me. The deaths (or when I started using the trick involving saving the game to the PSN cloud every now and then) constantly ripped me out of the experience. I couldn't enjoy the game. So I got rid of it before I finished the first level. It was not for me.

This game is tough. You're going to want to give up and throw your controller across the room because you can't even make it past the first boss. Don't let the difficulty of this game turn you away because it is truly a game you will eventually learn to love. Buy it!

This game was the first of its kind that I played and it was one of the most fun games ever. At first it can be difficult but I pushed forward and what a sense of satisfaction when you overcome the challenges that this game will throw at you, highly recommend it.

Literally you play the same level a thousand times in order to get through it once. One checkpoint every 15 minutes or so...die=lose all your money unless you can reach that enemy again. Load screen goes for almost a minute at a time, and at the end of a session all I feel is frustration. Honestly, it feels like an old school dungeon arcade game, minus the fun. I'm looking for a reasonable challenge, but I want a chance at winning without ruining my free time with frustrated confusion.

This game will punish you if you just try and hit everything so you have to time everything i am sure this is like other souls game but i haven't dabbled into the other as much but this is a really good game a part of the reason i bought the ps4 was this

Got the game on black friday for a great price. It is a very challenging but also very fun RPG very similar to the Dark Souls games but not a copy of the Souls games it is its own game while at the same time in the same vein.

Bloodborne is a very fast pace action adventure game that tests your sanity on wether you can brace yourself through it's crazy areas and difficult bosses, it's definitely a must have if you're looking for a challenge.

At first wasn't sure if this game was going to be a hit or a miss.. but at the price Best Buy was offering it, it'd be stupid to not try it.. and I'm amazed. I won't spoil anything but you would have to definitely try it.

The game follows the story of a seemingly insignificant player character in the grand scheme of the lore. The story is very reminiscent of H.P. Lovecraft's "Great Old Ones" for those who take the time to delve into it.

Good game and nice graphics , but be ready to die a lot and learn how to stay alive. Is nice to see a game with different monsters to fight and this is one of them.

Lots of playing time from this game! You will get addicted to this game. Look at the instructions included with the game since there is no tutorial built in.

It is definitely a game you can sit and immerse yourself in. You can play at your own pace. You can also play defensively to ensure that you survive, or be more aggressive and attack everything. Game style is like that of the Dark Souls series.

This games is beyond great. I have poured hours and hours of anger and tears towards this game. I have new holes in the walls, a new tv, controller and and a new girlfriend because of this game. Buy it.
