Very good game, fun and fast, and online is great. Its pretty much a hand off from the first MW. This game didn't disappoint and went to new levels

When I first started playing this game I had lots of fun but now with all the cheating and boosting going on it really makes no sense to even play anymore. People are constantly exploiting the game and Infinity ward is doing nothing to stop it. For example every other free for all match you will find someone boosting " setting tactical insertion and killing each other over and over to gain killstreak rewards and eventually the nuke BOOM!! game over for everyone. Team death match is not really a team at all everyone is out for number one. This game has lost alot of it's original flare because of the cheating and lack of teamwork. Things that could make this game better is maybe a lobby for people who just want to cheat but I suppose they wouldn't find any fun in that. I know halo multiplayer trys to match people of the same skill but in MW2 you will be matched against someone who is either and absolute expert or someone who has never played a shooter game before,so maybe if they could match people according to their skill level. All in all this is a really fun game if you like just running and guning.Also parents beware!! you kids will be exposed to some very filthy language and sad to say it is mostly just little kids talking like this. Would I recommend this to a freind?well that is a yes and no question.

It's the best game i have in my arsenal. I play it a lot great graphics and multiplayer good story line too. It's a must have for any CoD fan

I bought this game the first day it came, couldnt wait to play it, it had great graphics and better weapons then the first modern warefare!!

The games story is really good. The ending of the game is amazing. The online play is awsome and the way you up grade your weapons is cool.

Great improvements over the last Mod Warfare. Multiplayer added great new PERKS and ACCOLADES. The new Special Ops missions are a blast but very HARD! AC130 gunner mission!!!!

Modern Warfare 2 looks like it has amazing Multiplayer as well as an amazing Campaign. Cpt. Soap Mactavish is your brother in arms.

As with all of the earlier Call of Duty games, the campaign is an intense,heartpounding experience all the way through. Modern Warfare 2 campaign also seems to give the player many more of those epic cliffhanger moments (literally in one instance). Veteran mode seemed to be slighlty easier than the first Modern Warfare and,thankfully, a lot less frustrating than the World at War campaign on veteran. Special Ops,the new co-op mode, is a nice addition. Though I would say it falls short of what it could have been,especially since the campaign cannot be played on co-op, there is still plenty of satisfaction in playing and completing it. The online multiplayer setup is amazing,in that there is so much new stuff, such as new perks,choosing your own killstreak rewards,a lot more attachments, and a throwing knife. There is a server problem which may cause "subtle" lag for some people. What I mean by this is that many times you may die in what seems like an impossible way and assume maybe someone is cheating,but when observing the killcam it seems like the other player is several seconds ahead of you in the game.(For example: you are about to round a corner,but haven't yet,and then suddenly die through the wall,then watch the killcam to see yourself actually round the corner and stay in the open for a couple of seconds. If you can change your NAT type to open,then these occurrences don't happen nearly as often,I would even say rarely.For those that cannot change their NAT type,there is Team Deathmatch Express,which will pair the player with others that share a similar connection.The downside of this is that you are limited to one gametype and you must endure one of the worst ideas in gaming history: in order to play half of the gametypes,including hardcore and regular deathmatch, you cannot be in party chat.In fact if you are,a menu will pop up prompting you to switch to game chat. If you decline you cannot play that game type.Overall the game is great,definitely worth buying,but do not be surprised if you encounter strange happenings in multiplayer.

Over all this is a great game. The graphics are amazing and the gameplay is outstanding. You get hooked when you start playing, it never gets boring no matter how much you play it!!! The responsiveness gets on my nerves sometimes because when you birst open a door and run into a room and shoot someone, sometimes they don't even flinch and it ends up taking a lot of bullets before the game responds to kill them. Even though it may not be responsive all the time its a great game and I highly recommend it.

Just had to put my 2 cents in! People bashing this game because its not new have never played COD! The game hasn't changed for oh what this will be the 6th installment and they still sell a ton of this game!!! No one will buy this game because they seek some new radical style of game play, they buy it because its COD just like all the other COD's out there and the game is amazing and why fix something that isnt broke!!! We want new we play left for dead! We want an amazing online FPS we play COD!

This game is a must have. The campaign is great. The multiplayer is better with bigger maps. I recommend this game to all.

What it lacks in Campaign length, it makes up for with Special Ops. Multiplayer is great, but it needs dedicated servers.

If you played Modern Warfare, then you're in for a great treat. No locations, weapons, etc and still one of the best games in its class

If you haven't played this by now...I don't know what you are waiting for... Bought it release night, and had a lot of fun. Since then I meet up with friends weekly to play Spec Opps. They have a lot of replay value, but not a ton. Once I get through them with 3 stars on all I won't go back, it will be onto Multiplayer or other games. The single player is also 1 time use...if you do not have XBOX LIVE, do NOT buy this game, as it will be worthless to you. All in all, I would suggest this game, as the collector in me LOVES all the different Titles and Badges they have to unlock now.

WM2 is great, it's very addictive and fun. It's the best game on the 360 to date. If you dont have live, I would tell you it's very short single player, and get a live account! Multiplayer online is the best part of the Call of Duty games and you're wasting your time if you're not playing them online. The new ways to unlock weapon attachments and new killstreak system make leveling up on this game more fun than the one's in the past. I never prestiged before this game.

One of the best games out there right now. The campaign is great and the multi-player is by far the best right now.

This review is coming from someone who likes the COD series, but likes halo more This is a pretty good game, nothing special though, the campaign is pretty fun could be longer. The graphics are really good. the online multiplayer doesnt live up to what i hoped, theres no real great maps all of them are just ok and a few bad ones the added features are nice with the perks and all the medals you can get. I'd say this game is good not great multiplayer can keep you entertained for awhile, a MAJOR set back is no party chat, that is one thing that is really bad about this game

The Call of Duty is both the best and the worst series I own for the 360. It has both the best action and the best looking graphics I have ever played and seen. It seems about as close to real action as any series out there. The biggest drawback however is the length of the games. They are FAR TOO SHORT! When you are spending $60.00 for new games, you want games that last longer than 6 or 7 hours of game time. That being said, the games themselves are still excelent.

it is a good game that will alow you and your buddies to shoot the hell out of eachother! and everyone writing bad reviws about this game obviously are not real good fans of shooters! this game will offer everything that MW2 had and alot more! so to everyone writing bad reviews, PLAY VIVA PINATA! cuz obviously you are to young to play an amazing game like this and are whinning becuz it may be the same but who cares the game is going to be even more amazing then ever!

I love the game. No disappointment. It is definatly a step up from the first one and the online play is amazing!
