This is basically Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare... except better in every way. They did not really do much new or innovative - if you were into that game then you won't see too many changes. Still, every detail of the first Modern Warfare has been upgraded a little (more perk options, more weapon-mod options, choices of kill-streak bonuses, co-op play is new and awesome... etc!). If you like FPS, what are you waiting for?

Good game. Better than the first one [COD4] Better and more fun online play. Never gets boring!

He loves it because the graphics are great and because its good and challenging. I love it because I get hours of quiet to myself.

this game just might be the best game i have ever seen and or heard about in my entire lifetime. GET THIS GAME. once you start playing, it is quite dificult to stop because it is so insane. P.S- this is not just one of those games in which the multiplayer is sick but the campaign sucks or vice versa, you can easily play this game for about 2 and a half hours straight (or more) on either campaign or multiplayer.

The single player is ok. Too much hollywood flash. Trying to make it into an action movie kinda stuff. The ending is the exact same as the previous two games. Cod4 = pistol shot to bad guy, win game. W@W = exact same. MW2 = knife throw to bad guy, win game. Cant believe how lame they ended the last THREE games the same way. Slowmo kill saving your buddy and its over. Overall still fun. The multiplayer can burn. Its the worst of all 4 latest games following the CoD4 pattern. The killstreaks are sooo stupid. Player controlled missles that show where your at? Player controlled death ships that shot missles at displayed targets. You can get like 10-15 kills with these things!!!! On CoD4 and W@W you had 3 kill streaks and you might get a few kills for them but this game went waaaaaay over the top. They changed the perks too much. The pro perks were cool but the effects they gave were rediculous. They turned this CoD game into a Halo copy. Think about it for a second. ZERO fall damage with commando pro. Long distance lunge attacks with a knife? Unlimited sprinting ability?!?! I thought this was modern warfare? Not super human combat. The one thing that makes me sooo mad is the marathon/lightweight/commando tactical knife combo that most players use onilne. Makes it completely annoying to play getting knifed because the character runs sooo fast you cant shoot him in time before he turns to mist 20ft away and reappears with a knife inside of you. Stupid. Hate it.

this game is 2nd to COD4 but a great job done yet again in this series a must play game.

better than black ops. beast multiplayer. if you like halo you WILL LOVE this game :)

I got the original COD4 for the PC and was excited when part duex was released. That is until I read the hardware requirements for the PC. I wanted to play the game and weighed my options. I was cheaper for me to buy and Xbox then upgrade my PC, and it was so worth it. The continuation of the story and the same characters were cool, but it was nice that you didn't need to play the first edition.

If you're one of the few who still do not own this game I would strongly advise that you not buy this game. Unless, that is, you were not planning to play multiplayer. The campaign and spec ops are fun but only a limited amount. The multiplayer is terrible. The concept is great; however, the game becomes so inconsistent depending on the connection. If you get even slightly angry when playing any game you will find yourself very irrate amidst the glitch-plagued, cheat-filled multiplayer. The arrogant creators at infinity ward believed the game would be glitch-free, unable to be hacked. They made a terrible shortcut in the game design--lack of any administrative tools to counter glitching and cheating. Now the game has seen 4 fun-killing glitches and the latest has been abused for the past 3-4 weeks with no end in sight. Quiet simply the game is no longer any fun.

Incredible non-stop action with the best multiplayer of all on the Xbox 360 version

well the game is really amazing better than all the other call of dutys. its so realistic with up to date settings which makes it a whole lot better. the only thing is i think that they should put in a little bit of everything like flying an airplane to drop bombs not just ground war. but truly it is alot of fun. no matter what the price i still think anyone with an xbox 360 should get it.

BEST CoD Ever! if you like Stratagy game or FPS game, like me you will LOVE this. But be warned, the best part of this game is online, so have a Xbox Live gold account ready so you can get all the way to the top!

The story line and the graphics of this game are great, some of the best so far. Where this game suffers is that it was too short from start to finish. The special ops section was fun and challenging but too close to the story line; if you run the special ops first the game is easier than hoped for if you run the game first the special ops is not as challenging, kind of a delima! Overall, very satisfied, will play it again I'm sure. I have yet to go online to play.

Bought this game as part of their pre-owned sale they had picked it up for 6 bucks and some change. Came in original case and in like new condition. Must buy for any COD fan or if you just want to round out your collection and get a cheap FPS

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is great. I love the graphics and the game play. I love how you have more options for your weapons on the online play and the titles and emblems. The bad thing about its online play is the shield they have. You can not shoot and hold the shield at the same time. You have to switch to your pistol which gives other players advantages against you.

buy it. thats it. buy it. YOU MUST BUY IT OR BIOVAL WILL REAP YOUR SOUL!!!
