      I picked up Gears of War Ultimate Edition for XBox One for $7.99 on one of those Best Buy deal of the day specials. An impulse buy, as great value for an XOne game. Having never played the Gears of War franchise, will be looking forward to getting started & to see if the reviews, awards & graphics live up.

      This is a game that I found very easy to get into as my first experience with this series. I got so hooked into the game that I had to buy the older versions to continue on the story due to this only being a remake of the first game.

      sp doesn't seem all that "remastered" to me, however mp plays great at 60fps

      Played this and it didn't disappoint, just as I remembered it for Xbox 360. Can't wait for the rest of the series to be updated on Xbox one. The multiplayer campaign is still my favorite part of the game and the multiple levels of game play are good steps in difficulty.
