I will say that I had a great time seeing and playing this game. It has the game play of the original with updated looks.

Great game made better with updated graphics and a new act. Only issues I had were trying to coop with a friend, ended up having to open ports on the router after hours of research.

Gears is one of the best franchises for the Xbox... and getting this installment in the Xbox One is very nice... I wonder why they didn't lunch all three as Sony did with the Uncharted...

No matter how you feel about remakes this game needed to have the HD graphics added to it. Awesome controls and feels just as fun as it did ten years ago. Get it those Chainsaws going!!!

Great classic game, I really enjoy gears of war it's almost worth it for the graphics update yet it falls short if you have played the original gears of war I would advise against purchasing.

343 Industries has done a tremendous job at remastering Gears 1 for the current console generation. Highly recommended classic title.

Gears of War franchise is best adventure shooter game and it is so much fun to play that game before the 4th installment comes out!

The start of the series, you can see the faults with the original nowadays. But this is still a very good game, and sets up the whole series really well.

Big GOW fan and for the cheap price it was nice to add to my collection. The improved graphics is nice but having played this game many times over it wasn't really anything new.

This was one of my favorite games of the last generation and now it's been upgraded to the new system is just as good as I recall.

When they say remastered... They aren't kidding around. This whole game was redone from head to toe. And wow does it look amazing.

If you haven't played this game on the Xbox 360, then you should definitely buy this version for the Xbox One. The upgraded graphics and bonus content make it an even better deal.

Pros: 4K, 60 FPS, and exciting gameplay. Cons: Story is by the numbers and characters not very interesting.

I loved Gears of War when I played it on the 360. The game was an instant classic and this updated version still holds up! 5/5!

Whats not to love about this game? If you played the original back in 2006 then you will love replaying again in this updated version for the Xbox one. If you never played before, do yourself a favor and pick this classic up. I particularly love the fact that this version includes all 19 mp maps. I have been playing mp and its pretty much the same feel as back in 2006, still a gnasher fest lol.
