What all can i say,this is your all around GTA game,this is an all nighter for single player action.If your bored go right to the multi-player action and start from Racing,Team Death Match,Deathmatch,and 16+ more modes.Simply this is an all around good game.more than happy spending 60$ =] Hope my review help you decide :D Logan

It was an ok game. It was really hard to get into. I love the cheats that can be entered through Niko's cell phone. The plot is ok. I think that for me, I would have prefered more of a sand box game like San Andreas. With more tasks to be preformed. The graphics in this edition is far superior!

I'd actually give the PS3 version 4.5 stars and the 360 verison a full 5 because the 360 version is getting exclusive downloadable content. Aside from that, the two games are virtually identical. It's a little slow to begin with, but just like a movie, it really pays off as it goes. This is one game you shouldn't pass up.

This game exceeds all expectations I've been playing for six hours and i'm still not bored yet. The missions are fun and challenging. The mutiplayer is on the same level as Call of Duty or Warhawk. You can just explore the level with out working on the missions and still enjoy yourself this game is worth every penny.

Having played Vice City, San Andreas and all the stories I'm quite familiar with the GTA series. The graphics in 4 are as much of a leap over San Andreas as San Andreas' map size was over Vice City. Headlights actually work, buildings have actual detail to them, cars throw you out of the car if you slam into something to stop, all in all it's a HUGE jump. The storyline however leaves a little to be desired. One of the nice parts about Vice and Andreas were the little side jobs such as the properties that generated money or gang territories. Here you have friends to keep you busy as a replacement. It's just not the same, not to mention you HAVE to turn on the subtitles to understand anything the rasta guy says, and for that matter, most of what anyone says. The accents are a little too heavy. The addition of allowing players to "chose their fate" was a great bonus. Granted, it's only on a few jobs, but it does make you think rather than just kill. Overall the game is great, it takes a while to get use to how they've changed ALL the controls, but once that happens the game is much more enjoyable. You will probably have to restart more than a few missions where you died trying to accelerate and hit the wrong button if you are use to the old GTA's.

I got this game thinking it would be just like the previous GTA's and once again I was wrong. While the missions have to deal with the same things as the previous games, they are much better because of the variety and especially the wonderful graphics. I also think that the addition of online play caught the attention of many people when it was announced and it certainly didn't disappoint! Even though the producers added the online feature they certainly didn't forget about adding to the storyline because it was better than ever! Check out this game the next time you go shopping. You WONT regret it!

Overall, GTA 4 is the best game in the series. It tops the other games in the open-world genre by creating a beautiful, large, open-world, city that's living breathing and by creating an interesting storyline with expressive characters.

This game is a total romp much like it's predecessors. Fast driving and intense fighting. There's something strangely satisfying and simultaneously disturbing about watching a person flail with realistic limb articulation when they get hit by a car or knocked out with a baseball bat. Exactly why I wanted to play it. Well worth getting.

I had saved for this game and i finally got it. And as soon as i played it, it was like i was living inside a video game. The graphics are amazing, cars, city design, buildings etc. Besides some easy missons, this game desevers a A++++ and this game is so close to real life i love it!!!

A bit smaller than SA but still more than enough places to go. Multiplayer here is one seriously addicitve piece of work...and its FREE so why not. Get this game when you have a month to spare with nothing else to do cuz you'll get hooked and you dont want miss out on other things

If you hear that this is the best game ever made, this person is not lying. It is a complete combination of minigames and missions, without loosing the fun factor. got it for my PS3 because read that graphics are a little bit better, but so far both consoles run the game smoothly.

I enjoyed playing this game. It has good graphics, the controls are easy to pick up and play. If you own any of the other grand theft auto games you really do not need to get this one--they pretty much all seem to be the same. The biggest feature is that you can play this on the ps3 and the graphics are outstanding.

I wasn't neccessarily a fan of this series. But once I decided to purchase this product i was happy with the time and outcome of the gameplay. great graphics, realistic feel, great driving and combat, great choice of missions weapons and cars. Another great addition to a great series. Can't wait for the sequel.

This is the best Grand Theft Auto / Video Game Ever. Rockstar utilized the Blu-Ray technology flawlessly. Being that this is the first game to use the blu-ray, It blew me away. I am in awe with the gameplay, graphics & overall feel of the game. PS3 is the way to go.

This game is so detailed, no other game will have the same stuff as this game, so i want to see if Saints Row 2 will be able to top this! The game is the same on both consoles, so dont worry about that

Picked up this game for almost nothing from Best Buy... I had a good idea about what I was getting, since I have played other Grand Theft Auto Games. I haven't gotten really far into the game yet, but I really enjoy it! If you like the other games in the GTA franchise, you'll like this one!

Game is great and right in the line with the rest of the GTA series. Only thing with GTA is that you can only do so many missions where you run up and kill someone. Other than that great game.

This is by far the best Grand Theft Auto to have come out. It took a while for the release, but worth the wait. The creator's have really out done themselves. I have played this game every second I'm not working since I got it. The game is amazing.

I just ordered this game lastnight and i am waiting for it right now.. i ve played this game atleast 100 times at my uncles and it is the best gta yet.. finally a gta with different graphics... I love the game, everyone needs to own it....

This is one of the most outstanding games for the PS3 and has been since GTA3 first came out. The graphics are amazing, and slightly better than 360's graphics. Replay value is amazing and you will be amazed by how much you can do in the game.
