Everything is cranked up a notch. Boosting, sliding, sprinting, awesome looking and sounding weapons, numerous MP modes. The only thing lacking is the story. They promised a confrontation between Master Chief and new Protagonist Locke...but it fails to deliver.

New abilities and the unnecessary req system for getting power weapons I feel are steps back from the classic Halo fun. Also the new multiplayer mode warzone is fluffed up 'territories mode'. Hopefully they add other options for this like ctf.
