Fairly similar single player to the newer halos. The story is ok, but nothing spectacular. Game has some interesting new modes. If you like Halo, pick it up.

Currently, my husband enjoys the mission mode by himself. It does not have a co-op or cooperative or battle like component without paying for Xbox Live. - If you have a small child you can give them a remote and let them act like they are playing. They don't know the difference because you have teammates (NPCs) running along side you as you play. - Our daughter likes screaming, "that is me! That is me!"

Game has great graphics but the story line is too short i was done with the game in 8 hours or less not worth full price

The game play is what is to be expected from the Halo franchise, but the multiplayer just doesn't meet expectations.

loved my XBOX - kids loved it and was a great christmas girft - highly recommended, also, purchasing online and picking at the front desk is the highly recommended to beat the crowds

This is the most well rounded Halo game to date and they absolutely nailed it. Everything from the game mechanics to the detail in the environments is just spot on. Kudos to the team!

Halo 1 and Halo 2 are by far the best games in the series. Halo 5 has good graphics, but the gameplay isn't that great.

For me, this isn’t just about playing with friends. It’s also about playing with my family. Halo is one of the few shooter franchises that I believe is appropriate for kids. Call of Duty has split-screen, but those games are anything but kid friendly. Being able to play together on the couch with both friends and family is one of the things that made past Halo games so much fun. Not anymore.

My son has wanted to play halo for a long time. Finally this one was rated T for teen and he got his chance. He loves it, although he doesn't have anything to compare it to

I really enjoyed the Halo games on the previous Xbox systems and am glad to see it continue on the Xbox One. I am excited to see what else is in the store for the Master Chief.

This console is the best I have purchased. I like that I can look at you tube and blu ray dvds. It also has charger connection on the controller.

Fresh formats, fluent gun action, one downside is that if you aim down the sights and get shot you get kicked out of the sight and have to let the left trigger go and pull it again

If you're a longtime fan of the game series then you will be very happy with this purchase. My only complaint would be the story line play is more Spartan Locke than Master Cheif.
