I think 343 is doing a great job and this game was very well done. They left the end open for Halo 6 so hopefully it wont be too long for that!

Bought it for my brother as a gift. He seemed to be excited and has enjoyed the game since he received it. Works for me.

This game is the reason I decided to finally get an XBox One. I wish the campaign mode was longer, but the PvP is awesome.

Really enjoy the game. New online game modes are a lot of fun and the online has worked well (especially compared to master chief collection).

Multiplayer is challenging and not for a beginner gamer. the story is the level of a beginner who is below the teen level.

I really like it. I don't have Gold so I can't play online. Single player and local play is more than enough

Been a fan of Halo for a while now but I must say this one disappointed me greatly. I knew of the coming changes and I understand progress but to know that Halo will never be the same game that I grew up with just depresses me a bit. New generation, enjoy Halo. Hope you all get a kick out it like my friends and I did.

Outstanding game. I just wish that it was a two player game without getting on line.

This is a gift for my “almost” 13 year old nephew, he’s into all this stuff, so this will definitely be a great game for him.

This game is horrid. After the Halo 4 catastrophe I was hoping for a franchise-redeeming game, but this one fails harder than 4 did, if that's even possible. The story is terribly weak and there's painfully little of Master Chief and his team in it. Of the 15 missions in the game, Chief and his team are in only 3 of them. They brought Cortana back after killing her off in 4., and she has no reason to act the way she does in the game. It's all contrived. None of the characters get any real development as the game progresses. They're all flat, wooden and lifeless. For as much screentime as Locke gets he never gets any kind of development. He goes from hunting Chief to suddenly helping him, as if all he needed was Chief to beat him senseless once to straighten him out (which happens, in an uncontrollable cutscene). In fact, a large part of the narrative is cutscenes instead of gameplay. It's more like you play the game strictly to make it to the next cutscene in order to advance the story, instead of the mission itself advancing the story. I bought the game the day it came out. I've played through the campaign once just to have done so and experience the story. Played a little multiplayer, which is terrible. The game has gone too far away from its roots and now is just another boring generic arena shooter. I have more fun in Destiny, and Destiny is a painfully flawed game. Warzone mode was supposed to be fun, but it's just chaos, and you can easily get hot-dropped into a game on the losing team, with no way out. If you quit, it reflects badly on you. If you stay, you lose, which reflects badly on your record. No win. Bungie had these problems in 4 and apparently have not fixed them. Overall Bungie dropped the ball with Halo 4 and butterfingered it with Halo 5. I have no faith 6 will be any different. If you started gaming in the last 2-3 years, you might like Halo 5. If you like COD or Battlefield, you'll probably love Halo 5's multiplayer. However, if you're an older gamer that has been with Halo since it launched 15 years ago, you probably wont like it.

my husband had it downloaded to a xbox one and sold it so i had to repurchase game for him since he loved to play this game

great game, not as good as the 3rd, I wish bungie was making them still
