This is the best Halo game I have played in a very long time(And I have played them all)!! The story is awesome and the multiplayer is very solid. I will be playing this game for a long time.

The new hero in this game has a super cool and hip deep voice and is still a strong protagonist. Also a plus is getting to play as Master Chief on certain missions. Although this game would have been better if most of the missions were Master Chief instead. Watered down action and childish talk at times is a letdown since the hero Master Chief shines the brightest when unleashed in a Mature rated with grown up tough soldier speech, instead of a Teen rated adventure which feels more for kids. Multiplayer is where this game shines best with classic modes still in tact which are countless hours of fun.

I really enjoyed the campaign story. I wish it was a little longer though. I enjoy multiplayer but Halo campaigns have always been my favorite. Hopefully this is the start to even better Halo's in the future.

Halo 5 definitely worth the money. Fun game overall in multi-player and campaign. Only downside in multi-player you can't really choose a class set like all other shooting games. Other than that though the game is great.

The campaign is very short. It took under 8 hrs to complete. Also, the campaign features Locke more than Master Chief. The graphics is pretty good and the beginning is great. Just don't count on your team mates to help you. The biggest disappointment on the game is the co-op. It's only allowed from other consoles. It's a shame that 343 Industries decided not to allow a split screen play mode on the same console. This is the most fun part of the game. Multiplayer is typical Halo minus the ability to split screen. Sadly, I enjoyed Halo 4 more.

So I preferred the Bungie version of halo much more than 343 but this is some good old fashioned gaming. the story line is a little odd and you maybe play as Master Chief 20-25% of the game. Nathan Fillion is fantastic as Buck back from ODST and the other characters are entertaining too. Multiplayer is refreshing which is odd since I have never been a big fan of Halo Multiplayer. but I do find it difficult to hit targets, not because I am a terrible shot, but I feel as if the targeting size has been reduced. could also be that I have the new elite controller and am getting used to how that feels. should probably try the old controller, but it just isnt the same.

After having hands on play time with the short lived beta, yes multiplayer with be fun, Solid, challenging and quicker paced- but where this gem will stand out, in my opinion, single player campaign! 343i is delivering a fresh take on the mobility of the chief, we caught a small glimpse of it during the beta and if that was carried over to single player... Get ready! Also if the master chief really went aWOL(confirmed), ha, let him it's because 343i finally out did him and the previous launches!This is Xbox exclusive and will be highly anticipated- WATCH OUT THOUGH. On the delux and limited bundles... Those aren't 5 star worthy purchases. Hope this helps even if precursor to going gold and being a review...

The multiplayer is the best it's been since halo 2, or 3. The game is very balanced, and the microtransactions don't feel required as the $3 gold pack can be earned after a few rounds of warzone (which is an amazing new addition, very fun and hectic). I enjoyed the campaign very much, but it didn't quite meet my expectations after the marketing campaign. My heroic playthrough clocked in about 8 hours, and I just didn't really connect with the new members of fireteam Osiris. Overall a very good game, easy recommendation. 343i's decision to ditch a season pass in favor of optional microtransactions was a great move, looking forward to the future of the franchise.

I really enjoyed the story on this game and I like what they've done with multiplayer to make it better than Halo 4 was. Highly recommend if you enjoyed the past Halo games.

I have played Halo since owning the 1st generation Microsoft Xbox. The game, story and graphics get better with each game! Excellent campaign and online play!

In a day when most FPS are based on a time-to-kill of merely a few seconds, Halo 5 breathes life into a more strategical approach of combat. While a life can be taken within seconds, still, players will actually have a chance to react and even turn the tides on their adversaries. While some things from previous Halos are unfortunately missing, namely gametypes such as Oddball, Assault, and King of the Hill, the core elements that brought enjoyment to many a childhood still make up the framework for a fantastic game.

The story of the single player campaign is my only complaint. The graphics are gorgeous and the multiplayer is as crunchy as always.

Best video game ever graphics good. Gameplay awesome, like the new units they added. The story okay not shat I expected but okay.

It's Halo and it's really really good. Next gen graphics, co-op single player, and incredible multiplayer. It's a must have for all Xbox one owners.

I am a Playstation gamer primarily, so I never really got into the Halo series. Now that I have an Xbox One, I decided to give Halo 5 a try. I'm glad I did. The game has a story that I think is good, but have no idea on the backstory behind the characters, so I need to go back and play the other games. The shooting mechanics are great as are the weapons, and I have had a lot of fun in the Warzone and other multiplayer rounds. I definitely recommend this to new players, and I assume that established players will love this game as well.

This is my favorite Halo game out of the entire series. The graphics look great and it delivers as it usually does!
