Overall great game the story mode is really cool as well as competitive, however my knock is that the multiplayer no longer offers same room multiplayer on one TV and console. Hate that games are moving more and more to this type of play that forces people to buy the platform and the game.

Halo 5 has officially brought halo back on the map.

I was expecting more since hearing so much about this game. Same game play, graphics, and story line. The game just didn't feel new, if your a big fan of the Halo series and can't wait for the price to come down, by all means, buy it. I wish I would have waited....it's nothing special in my opinion.

They advertise playing Co-op with your Friends but they have neither Matchmaking to play with other players in game or Split-screen to play with someone at home. I can only recommend this game with caution.

Halo 5 is a fun online and offline experience which offers tons of customization and the ability to replay it over and over. The controls are hard to get used to after playing Call of Duty and also seem "clunkier" compared to COD.

Ever since Bungie stopped making the Halo games the quality has dropped. Some things are better but overall key aspects that made the games great before are gone. I use to play a lot of multiplayer but not in this game.

This Halo 5 i amazing! I would give it 4 out of 5 because I was expecting to have 2 campaigns, playing Master Chief and Spartan Locke in 2 different stories. I'm hoping for the Halo 6 they would bring back Cortana as ally again.

Although it's gameplay is very good...and this is in comparison for any FPS (not just past Halo games#. Unfortunately, the downfall of this game is that it does NOT have any split-screen multiplayer mode!!! In the past, this single feature is what kept my friends and family coming back to Halo since it's inception! Half the fun is being around others when they are reacting to what just happened in the game! Since all of the past Halo's had this feature, I simply pre-ordered this without reading a preview. Needless to say, I won't make that mistake again because my family and I were extremely disappointed when we excitedly huddle around the TV with controllers in hand as the game loaded up. It was such a let-down, no one wanted to play the game so the next day, we traded it in at GameStop for the Master Chief Collection #which was WELL worth it). I would only recommend this to friends who don't care about the missing split-screen abilities.

Halo 5: Guardians is going back to the Halo 2, Halo 3 days when there was no armor abilities in matchmaking and not custom loadouts. The fact that you can unlock armor from Halo: The Master Chief Collection is just amazing! I would definitely recommend!!!

Game arrived super quick and best price I could find!

Not up to par on the rest of the Halo series. Not sure what Bungie was thinking with this game. Graphics were great, but everything else didn't feel like it was as good as Halo 1-4. The multiplayer got boring after a few rounds- super repetitive, like run and gun. Felt like CoD but not as challenging and cooperative. The story was "meh", and the voice acting needed some work. All in all a pretty mediocre game. Will stick with CoD series; the Halo series has lost all sense of innovation.

Very enjoyable game, really disappointed in the lack of a split screen co-op. That in my opinion was one of the best features in previous games.

Ever since 343 took over production, the Halo franchise has declined. Campaign is average. Multiplayer may be the only redeeming quality.
