Ok it's not Halo 1 or 2 or 3..

It has some good strengths and some weaknesses mainly the lack of Co-op split screen forcing you to buy 2 copies(such as me) to be able to play on 2 xboxes through xbox live but the kids liked it and even though the story was OK it's a halo game, you shoot aliens, save the world and then go to multiplayer for some serious pwnage for noobs

One of the BEST games EVER

I haven't played this game in years, but this past fall, picked up a new XBOX ONE S on a black friday sale. This game is definitely addictive. My XBOX ONE S came with the Battlefield One game which is also excellent, but I like HALO 5 much better just for the fact it seems to have a lot more campaigns for solo play.

Basic single player campaign, AMAZING multiplayer

Get to checkpoint, clear area of enemies, go to next area, fight boss. It's simple, but fun. The game really shines in its multiplayer. Many, many game types and options to keep it fresh. You'll blaze through the single player in a night or two, but you will be playing the multiplayer for many months to follow.
