worth every penny amazing story and online play is fast

Another year and another Halo is released. Although last year's release was a remaster of previous released games. Halo 5 has a challenging campaign mode and new multiplayer modes keep it fresh. The co-op mode in campaign is a welcome addition as the computer ai controlled squad mates is a letdown.

I have been a Halo fan from the beginning. The only reason I have bought all three Xbox consoles from the start. I don't care what others have to say. As long as they keep making Halo games, I will keep buying them and the Xboxes required to play them. Like all the others before it, this one doesn't fail to impress.

This is hands down the best game in the series! 343 obviously put I a lot of work to the storyline. My biggest and reason for four stars was the removal of the split screen coop and four player online play. I grew up playing Halo with friends and I miss being able to invite my buddies over to play

Has Master Chief gone rouge? Find out in this new chapter of Halo as a group of Spartans searching for the truth. or don't. I can spend hours upon hours playing the Multiplayer mode. Plays smooth, and looks beautiful. Haven't had any problems yet logging into matches, or being dumped out of games.

Probably the better of recent Halo entries when it comes to Multi-player, but the story campaign is a tad involved and or confusing to some degree. Not terrible, just a little over the top to the point it stops making sense. But, Halo is Halo...if it's working, that's for sure. Still worth a buy.

Love the game series. Just upset that my wife and I can't play together at the same time. We have enjoyed playing Halo 1-4 together on a split screen. I am sure not going to buy 2 systems to do that. Hopefully on the next version they will bring split screen on the same machine back.

I’m a halo fanboy. Only reason this game doesn’t deserve five stars is because of the campaign. It could have been executed a lot better. However, multiplayer is extremely competitive and addicting. The multiplayer alone would make it worth picking up.

The Halo franchise established the xbox console as a major competitor in the gaming world. Halo 5 continues that tradition while also improving frame rates and graphics to the next generation.

Multiplayer is fun and gameplay overall is good, not amazing but good. The problem is that when you shoot an enemy it Feels very bland. Butterish if I can say. Probably I played so much destiny that it ruined halo for me The story is Medicare also. But the multiplayer aspect of the game is great

343 would have to screw up big time to mess up Halo as by itself it can produce a solid experience. They have introduced a new style and new things yet again to the franchise. The campaign should always be focused on Master Chief, which it was not. The multiplayer added some solid match ideas.

The campaign itself is awesome and challenging as it always is in the halo franchise. The story literally makes you feel like you are in a movie. My one knock is that there is no longer split screen multiplayer online or co-op campaign. Supposedly a patch might be coming to fix this eventually.

A fast paced yet disjointed story line wasn't enough to keep me away from playing this game beginning to end. Multiplayer is the main reason to pick up this game. I usually don't get competitive with online play, but this game had me screaming at my TV for the first time in a while. Great game.
