I was not involved in the Halo Series and picked this up. The story feels developed but maybe they should have recapped for new players of the series. Other than that is was a good game. the campaign is short. Like 8hr short. I do not see the replay value.

Good game, the best Halo yet. On the other hand, it's still Halo. There hasn't been a truly creative shooter in a while, except perhaps Titanfall, and that game just didn't have enough else going on. If you aren't tired of Halo, pick this up and enjoy it.

Great game! Campaign score of about 8 and a multiplayer score of 7. Really thought the game would sport better graphics though. It should look better as a part of the current generation. Music and Voice overs were also top notch. Captivating story to boot.

The campaign is exciting but the online multiple is a little disappointing. You can no longer customize your weapon like you could in previous games. Instead they now offer packs that you can use to unlock to get new armor or weapons for online multiplier.

Halo 5 is a good game entry in the Halo Series. The multiplayer is probably one of the best since the original Combat Evolved. The story on the other hand, while short is decent. The best two (2) missions in my opinion are 14 and 15, but to each there own.

This is the most fun I have had playing a game in a long time. I highly enjoyed the story and the difficulty was almost perfect. Boss fight on mission 14 was a tad ridiculous but other than that a well polished, and highly enjoyable game. Can't wait to jump into the Multiplayer modes.

This Halo experience is much more cinematic and engaging than games past. The game has definitely been modernized but it hasn't lost the feel of a Halo game. The multiplayer is as tight as you would expect from a Halo game. If you're a fan of the series, you will not be disappointed.

I have a good amount of time into this and I am enjoying the multiplayer a lot, Story is a little boring but I really like that you can play it in co-op with 1-3 friends. I definitely recommend if you have played any previous Halo games and enjoyed them.

Gonna try and keep this short and simple and as unbiased as possible. The campaign is very short compared to every other campaign I've played however the experience of the campaign is like an A- if your familiar with the halo series, its definitely worth your time. The multiplayer isn't intense what so ever and I don't think 343 had that intention to begin with. The multiplayer will provide hours of fun because how many freaking unlock-able things there are, I think if your getting an Xbox One, this would be the best game to get with the system because it'll last you a while although it may feel repetitive, the experience is still enjoyable.

Been playing halo since the very first halo CE. Never really been too disappointed except with halo 4 which was pretty awful. This game is amazing. Had a pretty much perfect launch. Especially compared to Halo MCC. Great for competitive gamers. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

I haven't played Halo in years and as soon as I played this one I felt like I picked up where I left off except it feels a little different. The one big disappointment of this game would be the removal of split screen other than that I seem to enjoy it.

The title really says it all. This is a great game, but it really back tracks on a lot of what you got from Halo 4, and I think overall as a halo game is a little disappointing. That says as a "game" it's the Second best on the Xbox one (MCC is the best)

Over the years I have heard a lot about Halo but never had the opportunity to play it. My son rented the game to play and as soon as we began playing it, we were all hooked. We had to go out and buy it. Game format is great, amazing graphics and all together a fun game to play.

Simply put, this is one of the best FPS games this year, if not THE best. Slayer games and Warzone games are engaging and very fun. The campaign is okay, but you're going to want to play the multiplayer over and over again to justify the $60 price tag. Trust me, it is well worth it.

The graphics are excellently, and they added just enough changes in combat to allow it to feel like a Halo game. *SPOILER* Story does not match the trailers, at all, and the ending leaves you wondering if they ran out of time to write the last mission.

If this had split screen, then it would be a great game. I wanted to play this with my spouse but only have one TV and not enough money to buy another, so it looks like our star searching exploration with the Master Chief as a duo has come to an end.

1080p solid 60fps and smooth game play is really what Halo 5 is all about. The MP is also fun and smooth however the story is not all that great. 343 could have told the story in a better way. It left me confused but it was still an awesome fun ride.

As I said i my review of the Master Chief Collection, these Halo games only get better with each one. This is one of those series that can go on for a long time. Halo fan, go get this....you should own it from Day 1...what're you waiting for?

Overall not much to say except I enjoyed it! Some fans won't and that's normal. I took the game for what it was and enjoyed every minute. Graphics were spot on and voice acting was amazing as always. I don't play multiplayer so I cant comment on it.
