Story is really kinds lackluster. Super short and you play as Locke for a majority of the game. Also way too many cinematics. Campaign has very little to do with what the adverts showed us. As for multiplayer, the Arena playlist is excellent. Classic halo with a modern twist. However the warzone playlist is just awful. I hate the requisition system so much. Throws off the entire flow of halo. And microtransactions should not be in a game that you just paid 60 bucks for. When they add forge in or big team battle, I may adjust the score to a 4. But the game in its current state is a bit disappointing.

Halo three was one of my favorites... Halo 4 was forgettable. Maybe it was the timing... it seemed weak, the story didn't seem to have the moral Halo flare. This game redeems the franchise and seems to get it back to the same feel.

I've been playing Halo games since the original Xbox and I can say that 343 has taken what's great about the franchise and magnified it. The weapons are seem more powerful and realistic with great team based play.

I bought this game as a gift since it's a great gaming experience not only in single player but also multiplayer. This game is a lot of fun specially with friends. This is one of the games to have this season for sure. Highly recommended!

Halo 5, I was very excited to get my hands on the latest version of Halo 5 for my Xbox One. The first thing I noticed was how beautiful the graphics and effects were. The sound and music were amazing as well. The rest was kind of lack luster. The storyline didn't go very far and leaves you stranded until the next version. I got through the entire campaign in an evening. Done in 8 hours.... really. Was kind of expecting more but in trying to stay true to the Halo look and feel they have really just packaged you a slicker looking game with better frame rate. Oh well.... back to playing Destiny for me.

Halo 5 is still classic halo, but with new game mechanics and a fun multiplayer. The campaign was slightly disappointing, but still fun! If you enjoyed previous Halo games, mostly the multiplayer, get this game!

The combat and multiplayer may be the best since Halo 2. The story is lacking and Locke is an ok character but not ready to carry the story for as long as he does. Great multiplayer makes this worth buying alone.

Halo 5 was way better then halo 4 and Halo three and halo 2. There's a lot of new extra things you can do in the game. If you played Halo before I would recommend you getting it. I would also recommend you getting the halo collection too.

So far I love the game. It's a great and beautiful game to look at and play. But I will say the campaign feels like a fast paced campaign. Not really sure why you're playing if that makes sense

I bought this game for my new 4k home theater and it is amazing! The graphics are out of this world, the gaming is seamless and I've had hours and hours of fun! And still have alot of game left I'm very happy with it!

As expected it is another great Halo game. The campaign is the main reason I bought the game and it did not disappoint. What few multiplayer matches I have pick up where the other games have left off and been exactly what I would expect

The campaign is what Halo used to be about. The story is very basic and lacking. Multiplayer is great but Forge mode looks like Xbox 360 graphics. Not a must buy.

The campaign is disappointing and ends on a cliffhanger. The Warzone multiplayer REQ system is frustrating. But the Arena multiplayer is very good and polished. Movement and handling are improved over Halo 3/4.

My guys love it. The only concern is that this version doesn’t have a split screen to play in Coperative Mode. My guys loved the previous version because they can play at the same time.

The game has great presentation and plays great. There are just some problems that keep it from being an awesome Halo experience: first, no split screen co-op. That is a huge deal to me as a Halo fan. I'd rather play with my buddies in the same room, plus we only need one XBone and one copy of the game. Second, the story is nothing like it was advertised. Seriously, looking back at the trailers, it feels like they just scrapped most of it. It was very disappointing. On a positive note, the new Warzone mode is amazing, and reminds me of Planetside 2 on a smaller scale, which is not a bad thing.

I've always loved the Halo games and this one is no exception. This is a must have for XB1 owners, (sorry PS4 owners). They've pulled the best multiplayer mechanics from the 2nd game and made them even better. Definitely buy this game!

Read most reviews and you'll notice a common trend; Best Halo Multiplayer experience, lackluster Single-player experience. It's true. The Campaign is very fun, but it doesn't have enough Master Chief in it...

I always played the campaign's of Halo and skipped the multiplayer because it just wasn't to my liking. However, the multiplayer in this game is nothing short of awesome! So fun. I have yet to finish the campaign, but it's fun so far.

Awesome game. Definitely a must have if you follow the series. I hate the fact that it doesn't have co-op split screen like the rest of the series. This is the reason for 4 stars. Other than that, great game

The multiplayer is fantastic! However I'm not a big fan of the direction they took the story in the campaign. I know they can't please everyone but I don't see many people approving of the campaign's finale...
