As in previous Halos this one is a great continual in the series. Who is the true enemy? This is yet to be determined. Graphics are very clear and concise. Lots of action. Playing online with friends a plus.

Would have give a 5 but am super upset there is no split screen multi-player. What about the people that enjoy playing a game as a family. Major disappointment. Other wise single player is awesome.

This halo is great. It adds a new spin on an aging franchise. It was very refreshing to play as two fire teams and fighting through the story equipped with new mechanics to take on enemies. I would recommend this to a friend for sure.

This game brings me back to the good old days of Halo 2 and Halo 3. It has brought me back to the franchise I first started online gaming with and I have to admit it's been a great experience. A must buy for any FPS lover/ Halo lover.

I price-matched the game and got it for $19.99. The campaign & multiplayer are fun, but it does not have much for offline play and no-split screen options.

As a random first-person shooter game, Halo 5 is awesome. As a Halo game... come on, we expect better than this! The campaign is not memorable, but the multiplayer is at least decent.

The campaign wasn't really that interesting nor was it the reason for the purchase. I can say that I've not been disappointed at all with the multiplayer features. It's been as good, if not better, than the Halo 2 Multiplayer.

Great game. I just wish it was multiple player during the campaign. You can play online or with a second Xbox with two or more people. Great story though

Campaign story felt somewhat rushed and character development was lacking, however campaign gameplay was enjoyable enough. Multiplayer is well worth the purchase price and will remain satisfying for a while

Bought the master chief collection and decided to get this one. I could not put the game down. The only downside is that you can't play split screen. Other than that, this game was lots of fun.

If you are buying this game, you know the story of Halo. This game follows what it has done previously and really shines with the multiplayer. Don't expect to be blown away by the story like previous games.

According to my son, this game was described as "great", as he does love his gaming. Must be a great game if he and his friends play this pretty often. Reason for 4 stars is that these games are pricey!

This game was nice for adding to the story of Master Chief and the Halo universe. The graphics are amazing compared to the original series and the play style is still similar to all the previous games, to include updated old school multi-player maps. However, one of the best features of previous Halo games was the fact that you could play couch co-op with a friend, which now you can't, and now you have mindless teammates following you around. Even playing the campaign felt like a series of short stories followed by very narrow paths of shooting to the next scene.

Always a fan of the Halo series. The sweeping orchestral music, the epic story. I'm more of a PVE player, don't play much online, but I love the story in this series. And blowing stuff up :) You can't go wrong buying a Halo game.

For a game that was post-poned so they could get it right....they sure didn't do much with the extra time. Previous COD titles brought more to the table. The Halo 5 mechanics are laughable when compared to how most games now enable a free flowing world and go the route you want mentality. So, Halo sacrificed graphical quality for a pure 60 fps experience....bad move. Halo 5 is frenetic and in my opinion is like continually throwing up at 60 fps. A disappointmet for me....it doesnt even make the bar set by games that came out last year...even after stealing quite a few of their ideas.

Great overall game i have played every halo game before this and i have got to admit it has the best multiplayer, But i do have to say that the campaign on the other games are longer and better but that's just my personal opinion.

The new concept whether it's multiplayer or campaign, is awesome. Co-op is fun to play as a team with 4 people, and all different character and attributes. Online is good because if you play well you get rewarded unlike some games.

Pros: Content in the box are really nice. It comes with a rare metal earth figure that is an excellent desk ornament or collectors item. The steel book is also very nice and way better than the regular edition. Multiplayer is what saved this game. It is extremely fun and if you have friends to join in, it can be a blast. Cons: Story is horrible and did not earn the cliffhanger ending. Major plot holes and completely ignored a majority of halo 4's plot. Very disappointing and now die-hard fans need to wait about 3 more years for an ending. Story will be forgotten quick in this game.

This review is only partial to the multiplayer as I have yet to start the campaign. Even though I get crushed online, I'm having a blast! The dedicated servers and 60 fps make this game very smooth online!

Game is fun and engaging. The Guardians are a great addition to the gameplay, guarding your flank at all costs. Sadly Master Chief isn't a big part of this game, but I am just fine with the little I had it that iconic character.
