I've played all of the previous Halo games, and while this one looks great, they have changed the single-player narrative formula this time around. I miss local co-op. But it's still a good game.

A great addition to the franchise, story, music and voice overs were all top notch however I feel the graphics do not really contend with other top games from this generation. Campaign could have been a tad longer too

This is a great game if you are looking for an action pack halo game for you or a friend.

I believe that this Halo 5 game is a good sequel, I like the campaign and I really like the Warzone game play. Cons: The main reason I have only given this a 4 is due to the fact they have removed some of the options on which Arena multiplayer you actually play, most of it is just totally random. Another reason for the 4 stars is the the fact that REQ packs are now purchasable(small problem). Larger problem is that they are totally random, so in-order to get good loadouts for Warzone you need to play for weeks before getting that upgraded AR or Battle Riffle, not to mention the fact I've been playing several weeks and still haven't found a DMR (DMRs are all rare/ultra-rare).

The campaign is a bit shorty, but legendary solo is hard ! So it will take some time to complete. Multiplayer is fun but, could use more game types. I would definitely recommend picking this up.

While it's fun and graphics are pretty great.. It's still just halo . Nothing ground breaking . Story is a little convoluted ...but honestly who played any of the first person shooters for story

I played the solo campaign and enjoyed it. I can't comment on the multiplayer as I did not spend much time in arena. As for the solo campaign, the latest Halo game is a bit different than other Halo games in that you have team members that support you through the missions. You can order the team members to advance or to attack certain targets. You can also call for aide when you are down. You also can revive fallen teammates. If all team members die, then you reset to the prior checkpoint. My one complaint is the lack of local coop as in prior Halo games I enjoyed playing through the campaigns with my kids. Now if I want to campaign together, I would need to buy a second Xbox One.

There was plenty to like about this game. Definite improvements in game play. Story line was a B rating. Online play is enjoyable. Too many shooter games coming out around the same time though.

This game feels like it is the real deal next generation game. So many games have come out for the Xbox 1 and ps4 and look no better than the previous generations versions. Great game like all of the other halo games.

If you've started playing from the original Halo than you'll love this game it mixes old with new and then some, bummed that they took away Co op campaign but other than that loving this one!!

This is by far my favorite halo since halo 3. They have brought back the competitive feel to the game and the edition of war zone and REQs have added a whole new mode I would've never thought I'd have so much fun with.

I would recommend this to anyone who is a true gamer. My son and I play it all the time.i cannot wait for the next Halo to come out. Not only was this worth the wait, it also provides hours of entertainment .

...but it's still going. The MP is still a little wonky in my opinion compared to BF and COD but it still feels like classic Halo. Glad to add it to my collection for a song!

I'm a huge fan of Halo and is the only reason why I bought myself an Xbox One. I like the game, but wish you could still do split screen co-op. If it still had that I would give it 5 stars.

I felt after Halo 3, the series took a dip in quality and story telling. But 343 Industries taking over really revitalized the series. Halo 4 was excellent and 5 is just a good. A must have for any Xbox One owner.

Guardians was a really fun game, but the campaign felt really short. Playing as both Master Chief and Spartan Locke was a nice touch. The story was great, but I wish there had been more of it.

I am really liking this version of Halo so far. Haven't played the single player version yet, but in my opinion the multiplayer is excellent. I would definitely recommend picking this game up if you're considering it.

Halo has come a long way and i still to this day enjoy it. That includes this expansion to the franchise. Keep it up. Please note that the games more catered to those who lose multiplayer...:)

Well MicroSoft does it again. There's another classic Halo. I pre-ordered this so I was glad to get the little perks from Best Buy. Gameplay is a little iffy, graphics are sky high due to the new platform. Enjoy !!

Another installment of the Halo series and it is definitely one worth picking up. With the longest campaign ever and diverse multiplayer you will always find something to do within this game.
