Gotta love the Halo collection, great game with great graphics and this was a great deal. Good for multiplayer when you just want to have fun and not be consumed with 1000 controls, etc. It's simple, easy but engaging.

It's a good package. Several Halo games are included, as the production description notes. It was a "Deal of the Day," but the product price has not changed, so I imagine you can still grab this at a respectable discount, especially as we roll into the holidays. Although it comes as a disc, the disc itself does not have much data on it. It quickly converts the installation process to a huge download (over 100 gb). So be prepared to have your wifi occupied for quite awhile. I typically don't have any issues with damage or delivery with respect to items I ask Best Buy to ship -- they generally pack things very well. This item was no exception.

I absolutely love this game and the best thing is it has all the first games. Priced pretty good with the fact that you get the first four games.

First i will start off with the negitives.... Cons: -Que times for games take FOREVER. -Game freezes a lot mainly after online games. -Online rank continuously gets reset (apparently they are fixing it). -Don't expect to play the game immediately after bringing it home... you will be disappointed. Pros: -The remasters are amazing! Being able to switch back and forth to the old and new graphics is an amazing feature, and Bungie/343 studios did an amazing job at that. -Game play is very smooth with added features. There are a few more cons currently and I would rate this game higher if 343 released a game with less bugs. They released that they are attempting to fix all of the current issues, until then I stand with my 3 stars. But overall it is nicely done with amazing remasters.

I think like most people, Halo is one of the big draws of having an XBox in the first place. Gathered together here are the first 4 Halo games along with a preview of Halo 5 multiplayer (not a big draw now that the full game is out obviously) and the Halo: Nightfall series that serves as a prelude to Halo 5. You can also get Halo 3: ODST as a DLC download for like $5. The first two Halo games are remastered; and I believe this is the only way to get 2 remastered. And both look great on the XBox One. You can actually switch back and forth between the original and remastered versions with the push of a button to appreciate the work they did updating the graphics. If you're a Halo fan and want all the games on your Xbox One, this is really a no-brainer. A great buy for the price.

Played through the campaigns back to back, amazing to see the story unfold. The anniversary edition and Halo 4 are absolutely beautiful. So much fun! A must have for anyone who loves FPS with incredible gunplay and great adventure. Worth ever dollar!

A remastered collection of the first four games. Anyone with fond memories of the original games campaigns will love this. A convenient way to have all 4 games on one disc. Updated graphics and a cheap price nowadays. No reason not to own this!

Interface is really cool for all these games and it's easy to pick what you want. The remastered Halo2 is incredible. The cut scenes look like live action, tho they are prerendered like most games, so it shows the default weapon, etc. Gameplay was flawless.

...then you need this. Coupled with the new halo 2 anniversary edition, the graphics are phenomenal. The new multiplayer and game setup is updated. Quicker matchmaking, simply fantastic. 343 industries deserves a pat on the back. This is an incredible deal.

I am a huge halo fan and this is basically the reason I bought an xbox one. I am finding that Halo 1 hasn't aged as well as I remember and that playing co-op on legendary to not be very much fun. One player stays back while the other does the fighting and dies. They respawn and then they (or you this time) go and die again. Rinse and repeat. The only thing that really stands out now is the music and to a certain extent the story. I think this is great for people looking to get into halo (especially since they have addressed the multiplayer issues since the realease of the xbox one x) but I would think twice if you are expecting a modern shooter when playing through the older campaigns.

This game collection is awesome because it includes 4 great Halo games for the price of 1. My sons, his friends and I have experienced hours of fun playing the original Halo up to the current Halo 4. For a die hard Halo Fan, this collection is a must.

Its great to relive the Halo Franchise in better graphics than on the original Xbox. Love this game. I don't get any of the lag problems others say they have been having. GET BETTER INTERNET!!

I was incredibly excited to play through the halo campaigns again. They look absolutely beautiful. The cut scenes in particular are fantastic. I was rather disappointed with multiplayer because of server issues they were having but it seems to be working much better now.

You have probably already played a few of these games, but 2 is re-mastered, which means it runs super smooth and the story scenes have been beautifully re-done. All four games are amazing and offer a lot of playing fun and good story.

A beautiful remaster. Couldn't ask for more, the graphics are incredible, and the game play is just how I remember it. The multi-player is amazing, but there is not enough people playing, so the games take a while to find. But it is worth the wait!

Awesome to be able to play 4 different Halos on the XBOX1 platform. New maps, multiplayer and better graphics than the original. Only issue was it was difficult, for a non tech guru as myself, to be able to set up the multiplayer when not on line.

The Best collection ever I’m a Halo fan since the first Halo game was released I could not stop playing this game the more you play the deeper you go into the game and then number 2 came out and Then 3 and 4 and then 5 6 got all of them played and beat them all once you start playing the games you will not stop until you have won

3 of the greatest shooters ever made, (and Halo 4), packed into one disc for a great value and some of the most sublime multiplayer ever. Totally worth the purchase

Playing through on legendary can induce rage, but it is worth it. Waiting on patches from 343 studios for multiplayer. Can take a few minutes to find a game, and as well people get kicked from customs frequently. Once that is fixed, I believe this will be a 5 star game.

The Master Chief Collection is currently one of the best deals out there for XBOX One owners and Halo/first person shooter fans. You get four, full games for only $60 as well as access to the Halo 5: Multiplayer Beta when it opens in December. The graphics, menus and overall experience is excellent. The only downside is the fact that the game's online matchmaking has been plagued by problems such as long lobby waits and spotty connections to the host but Microsoft and 343 have both responded quickly and efficiently by applying some server-side updates (hooray for no updates required by the user!) and as of this writing, matchmaking wait times have decreased significantly and will only get better. Verdict: Whether you buy it today or hold out for (possible) Black Friday sales, you will definitely get the right amount of bang for your buck!
