I got this game for my 6 year old, but it is not very interesting. Used it once and put it to the side.

This game was incredible. A bit difficult for young children but still enjoyable and doable. Wonderful concepts, incredible characters and interesting levels await you if you buy this game. Worth every penny!

Never quite grasped what was going on. Seven year didn’t like it

Wasn’t great after playing newest sack boy. This game didn’t age well.

Honestly so boring. The first and second game were best, this game is just more of the same. Sony obviously feels the same since the next game is the stand alone sack boy with new gameplay mechanics.

Little Big Planet 1 and 2 were developed by Media Molecule, and were masterfully crafted, implementing excellent game design with charm, wit, and fun. Little Big Planet 3, however, was made by Sumo Digital. While LBP3 tries to capture the magic of the first two games, and largely succeeds, it is impossible to ignore the long load times, bugs, and crashes. The story and characters are great, as well as the innovations of adding more planes to stages, but it falls short of what Media Molecule started.

My girlfriend is a fan of the series so I usually buy it for her but always end up playing it too. The world and characters are fun and colorful. It's also a lot of fun to create your own level and post it online for all the world to enjoy. The game was very buggy and glitchy at launch but has since been patched and plays perfectly now. Don't listen to the complaints of the past and enjoy a fun game that kids and adults can enjoy.

Not many worthy 4-player games on PS4, but this is easily a must have if do. It's really challenging even for adults though. Kids will have a hard time, but even if none of your party makes it through, there are checkpoints that can still bring everyone together. The graphics/physics are really amazing. This game is definitely not just for kids - much more impressive and fun than the Lego games. It has some nice classic oldie music too. The cut scenes are annoying, though. It's definitely a must have for the PS4 if you want a multiplayer game

They shutdown multiplayer server, now you cant get any trophy for that part of the game. Great game for the kids.

I love the LBP games and adding in new characters was an interesting twist that made it just that much more fun and challenging. I love that you can play by yourself, online with others or with others sitting next to you on the couch (a rarity nowadays in the gaming world).

Having a great time playing this game with my kids. They love Sackboy and love all the obstacles and graphics of this game. This is definitely not for very young kids though as it's not very easy, but good for 6 years +. Get it if you want to have fun family time.

Always been a fan of LBP. Love the different characters you can play with and the different challenges each character can face. There's some glitches to be patched still but overall a great game!

Played this game for about 3 hours now. I'm 24 and wanted to finally play this playstation only game since I have been a Xbox guy before this. Now that I have a PS4 I figured I'd give it a try while it was on sale. I'm more of a Adventure/Sports/RPG player but this game is pretty fun, I get that it is wildly considered a kids game but for just sitting back on a day with nothing to do or wanting to kill some time, it's mind numbing and great. Awesome graphics, Patrick Stewart is a great voice for the game. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is for no ability to change the difficulty which I can see being hard for this type of game and wish it was a tad more challenging but obviously it's a game kids have to enjoy as well. Fun buy.

I bought this game so that my 5 year old and I can play a game. Not many PS4 games are aimed at my son's age and at 8+ (common sense media rating) this still isn't ranked his age but it is by far one of the few games that are remotely near his age range. After a few weeks, we are just about to finish the main campaign. The game is easy enough for my son to play along and challenging enough for me to be entertained. (The last level and boss is a bit challenging for the both of us.) I value the teamwork and problem solving we have to engage in order to play this game together.

LBP is one of the most versatile games you can find and I don't think there is anything as unique as this. Only game I think that offers the ability to create your own unique levels, platforms, genre or whatever you can think of to this extent. Imo I think its great for all ages, also huge community to check what others have created. If you haven't played the other LBP's yet I think you should definitely give Little Big Planet 3 a try.

Easy to play and interaction with players and unique ideas

I bought this game for my son. He has the first two and the karting game. This has quickly become his favorite out of all of them. He like being able to choose other characters besides the usual sock boy and he loves being able to customize it. All of the little big planet games are really good in my opinion. My son just happens to like this one best.
