Eh I don't really like the game at all it's horrible honestly I liked madden 14

The madden series is now just a yearly $60 ripoff.

GRAPHICS ON THIS ARE HUGE.!!! I have it hooked up to my 4k TV and surround system and boy does it have the feeling of a real game. Madden came in with the clutch with the updated defense and special teams. i love the way you can change a game when you block a kick... but you must get the timing just right before the snap.! EA really came through with this one. I literally cant wait to get home every day from work. IN OTHER WORDS... A MUST BUY IF YOU'RE A FOOTBALL FANATIC.!

Madden 17 is polarizing. Although it had its fair share of problems, Madden 16 was one of the best entries in the long-running series of EA NFL football games in many years and frankly the most fun I've had with a Madden game to date. This year's game builds on the success of 16, while feeling quite different as well. Initially, I found the game frustrating and difficult, which leads me to my main point. Stick with it! The developers have introduced lots of new defensive zone concepts and layers of control that ramp up the complexity of the gameplay. While this can be difficult to adjust to for new players, ultimately it's a better game for it. Practice, practice, practice. This year's Madden forces you to learn these concepts to be able to compete at a moderate to high level. If you come across someone that knows their stuff, you will know it relatively quickly and find it difficult to succeed unless you can also "play the game of chess" that football can be. The game offers many tutorials to help you improve your decision making and play-calling and spending time with them is crucial to your enjoyment of the mid to high level play (especially online). Draft Champions, Ultimate Team, and Franchise Mode all return with minor improvements for those that are interested. The game looks and runs well, albeit with some far too frequent server disconnects online as of the first few weeks. There's the usual glitches and questionable results on certain plays that are inevitable, but ultimately they don't ruin the flow of the game. The new commentary team, while a little bland, offer a much better call of the game when it comes to details on play by play and in season storylines with an impressive frequency of updates that add new lines throughout the year. Gameplay is still king this year, which is all that really matters. Madden 17 steps up the competition by bringing players closer to a real NFL play-calling experience that offers a challenge and demands its users practice and learn to find success. No more throwing the ball up on every play. Mix up your plays and read the defense like actual football. There's fun to be had for the casual and hardcore players alike. If you get frustrated, don't be so quick to blame the game until you figure out why you're struggling. I stuck with it and am now enjoying the game much more. Madden should do a lot of things better, but with only 8 months to make the game every year, it's hard to blame the developers who clearly care and try their best. Madden 17 is a solid entry in the series and an overall improvement over last year's game. If you're looking for some fun and challenging simulation football to enjoy during the upcoming season, go ahead and pick this one up.

Another quality entry into the Madden series. Lots of new improvements this year from the defense to the running game. With the new gap-mechanics added in, the game plays more realistic than ever before. Formation subs have been added in too, so now you can have players in for specific formations only! Definitely a must play for all football fans.

Ive been playing Madden since the very first one. When it had only 11 teams I think. However This 2017 is a very good Madden game! The graphics are awesome and the gameplay is sweet! I don't like the new way you have to kick FG and punts but overall a very good game. Would recommend this to any die hard Madden gamer!

Most people buy the new version each year to play online against others. I typically do the same. Some years, the changes are just so/so. This is the 3rd year (or is it the 4th) with the current generation consoles and the game seems to be hitting its stride. Better gameplay, great graphics. I generally turn the commentary OFF because it gets repetitive. I just pick the music soundtrack or turn the music off and put on my headset and listen to my own music. I also turn off the chat features. Overall , I like this much better than Madden 15 and 16. Willbe interesting to see if the PS Neo is released how the 4K graphics look.

Madden 17 gets closer to emulating a TV-style presentation with a new commentary team, new replay angles, stat lines, and more. The game plays great as well, with a focus on teaching the intricacies of football to players of any skill level.

The game is a good game. Finally, I'm enjoying it, compared to other years of late. However it is far from perfect. Gameplay still needs some work. I also HATE the new way of kicking the ball for field goals and punts. They really need to worry less about the presentation and execute a better game play. It also might help with long loading times. They should also have a new kneel option where you can 'kneel to finish game'. So if the other team no longer has time outs just kneel and finish it. Instead of making me wait. They could also use some competition or EA will never fix anything we want or need. But overall, I do enjoy playing the game. Soundtrack is great.

The most realistic football game I've played. The graphics look good and I love how teams in real life reflect their video game counterparts.

For a game like Madden this one rocks the commentary is the best for any football game. Game play and look, awesome.

For those who haven't owned a Madden game in years, this is the one to get! It's the Ignite engine at its best, not sure why Fifa couldn't do anything with this graphics engine, but Madden sure knows how to handle it well.. Graphics are amazing, gameplay feels solid, overall a great and beautiful looking game. Worth buying., and this if coming from a die hard Fifa fan... I just needed something to pass the time while waiting for Fifa 17 and I don't regret it one bit!

Very good this year. Too many fumbles and dropped catches but a lot of fun features and graphically impressive.

Madden is of course always fun and a great game. The only downside this year to me is the controls. The seemed to tweak them just enough to throw me off and frustrate me.

Every year Madden is a roster update with some graphic overhaul. Throw in a few extras they add that no one really uses and you have your usual Madden game. Yet, me and my kids are suckers and buy them almost every year. However, this year, the game is amazing. The AI is smarter, the players run smoother, fantasy league has gotten better. If you have been waiting to purchase a Madden game get this one you won't be disappointed.

This is an incredible game. Have played the PS 3 and 2 versions which I loved, but this version is so awesome. The graphics are so realistic. I especially love how the updated are done weekly with the games to keep the announcers current with the team stats. Great job EA Sports. Just no time to play and sadly my knowledge is somewhat limited so it makes it tough sometimes to play at game speed, but I enjoy it anyways.
