My son plays this nonstop and never grows bored with it, really lets him let his creativity out.

Kids love this! I love having it on the big screen in the living room so they are playing together & near us instead of separately playing on their tablets in their rooms.

I bought the game for my great nephews to play when they recently visited and both of them (nine year old twins) enjoyed the game. My take on it is that it is somewhat more structured gameplay than the original Minecraft where one can meander about as they wish, sometimes not achieving much other than meandering. Anyway, a good game that allows one to make decisions and realize the consequences of them, which is good for young gamers.

I heard a lot about this game and decided to purchase it. After playing it for a while, I can agree with everyone who talked about it. Perfect game for when your sitting at home bored and want to just pass some time. Or if you want to let your imagination grow wild and build amazing things within the game. The possibilities are endless!

I am not a Minecraft fan, but my boys love it and this version is pretty cool. I do enjoy watching them create and destroy whatever they build. Virtual legos is a great way to describe it! A great family style game.

There are at least 2,000,000 videos on things to build in Minecraft. I love the creativity that it inspires in my elementary aged kids. We have the internet features turned off so that they don't get unsolicited people on their games. Fun game, and now that it's the same as the computer/xbox, they can compare notes with friends.

Great game for my 2 kids they love minecraft. They enjoy building houses and what not.

I have not played this game, it is not my cup of tea but my seven year old really enjoyed it. The only thing is the game at times does become a little intense for her. There are enemies walking around at night that scare her a bit. Unfortunately it was enough she hasn't asked to play it in over a month. The enemies so far are creepers, witches and spiders. When I watched it, the enemies didn't seem bad but my daughter is very sensitive and wanted no part of it. She loved the building and was constantly showing me her house and all the flowers she planted by it to distinguish it from the other locations in the game.

Digitalized Lego with some twists to it? Yep, kind of. Creative gaming for any age, basically no violence, and kids do like it, so it sells well for a reason...

Picked this up for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it, even if I must say I do not get it. She even pulled her sister into playing it. They enjoy it and it provides hours of entertainment for them. I do limit their time playing it but the PS4 station and this game have great graphics, area to grow or build and fun times for all

My son loves this game and would play it for hours if I let him. Graphics are very basic and don't use any of the PS4 power, but sometimes it's ok to go back to the basics.

I've played Minecraft on the computer before, so I was familiar with this game when my little cousin asked for it. He is a preteen and really enjoys it!

Minecraft: PlayStation 4 Edition, is a great game that has been enjoyable (to play and watch) for the whole family. This is the PS4 version; but since you can get Minecraft on pretty much anything now, I would recommend buying this game on any and all systems. We actually have it for Xbox 360, Xbox One, and now PS4. Having friends on multiple systems, we can now play it with all of them.

Lots of fun building models of houses. Fun to play with the kids too.

I bought this game for my teenage son, and the following is his review of the PS4 Minecraft Edition. Minecraft gives you the experience of playing on your own or playing online with friends. It gives you the ability to do whatever you want but you start form scratch and make your way to the top. In all Minecraft is a good game and I like it more than the PE version.
