Story mode and versus are great, all of the characters feel very unique, and I lIke how they each have 3 fighting styles. Playing online is not so great, though. There is some latency, which makes combos a bit more difficult, but maybe I just online at the wrong time.

Lots of content for a fighter game. The three different modes for each fighter adds a lot of depth. It will take me forever to master each fighter, which is a good thing.

This game is a great addition to the mk family. The x-ray attacks and fatalities are very visual. The crypt for rewards is so user friendly. great game for the price

I bought this item as a graduation gift for my nephew and he loves it, he has not stop playing this game since he got it. He loves the graphics and the special effects.

Easy enough for causal gamers to enjoy and deep enough to really sink into for technical players to play. The fatalities are awesome and the special X Ray moves are sick

This game exceeded my expectations with new variations of all the characters and a set of new characters to enjoy. Gameplay is exceptional and the graphics are stunning

I finally started playing it since I had time and I played it for like 3-4 hours straight, I'm not the one to play video games for that long, it's a great game overall!

This is definitely the type of game that you want to play with friends. The controls are ok, the graphics are phenomenal and the character options are pretty good. Storyline is good but this is definitely the game to get when looking to trash talk with your friend.

I was waiting on buying Mortal Kombat X, but when it went down to 49.99 and I can use the gamers club discount I decided to buy it. The game is great. Story is cool.

Mortal kombat 10 is great. I would recommend this game to old school players, however there are many new character and it is missing many old fan favorites like smoke.

Maybe I have grown out of fighting games, I don't know. But this game, while brutal and elegantly visceral, violent, gouging, snapping and spine ripping has much to be desired. The dialogue, the graphics- disappointing for 2015. I had a lot of fun with the last one but I could have just been better at it, and cared less about how lame everything was during the cut scenes. This particular Mortal Kombat, is most certainly Mortal Kombat. It never really changes, there are tons of characters though, new and old, and I have enjoyed beating the eye balls out of many of them. I recommend it for enjoyers of anything Mortal Kombat, but somehow I quickly went back to Destiny, at no fault of MK: I think I am just addicted to Destiny.

This edition continues on the legacy and does not disappoint. More blood and gore yes, but excellent game play and control makes it an formidable fighter for the PS4.

The story is still terrible but I suppose it wouldn't be Mortal Kombat if it were some well written theatrical masterpiece. For what it lacks in story, it makes up for in gory combat, fatalities, combo's, and a host of other special moves and fighting variance.

I must say this is by far the best game I have played. The graphics are very clear and spot on with how the characters should look. Would recommend this to anyone.

This game is absolutely fantastic to play! The graphics are amazing and the game is not glitchy. It takes a bit of practice to get good though, but it's still great!

Always been a fan of the MK franchise this game didn't disappoint there's a ton of fast pasted fighting and even a decent story mode can wait to master all the moves

This game is a lot of fun. Excellent visuals and gameplay, and very nostalgic for past mortal kombat fans. If you like MK9, this game improves on that in every way.

Do you like: Old Mortal Kombat Violent games (comical amounts of gore) Old horror movies? If yes to any or all three, go ahead and buy this. Now, I'm a fighting game competitor and enthusiast and the flow of the gameplay isn't my cup of tea, but if you're just a casual fan of hitting buttons against friends or already like Mortal Kombat, you'll probably like this game a lot. It's not especially difficult and pretty simple to get into. The story is pretty entertaining. Here are the downsides, which are quite similar to the actual draws I already mentioned: It's still Mortal Kombat It's ridiculously violent and gory Guest characters not particularly interesting unless you're a cult horror movie fan All in all, it's a very solid game. For me, though, a better fighting game experience would be found in something made overseas, such as Guitly Gear Xrd or one of Capcom's offerings.
