So, the game was good, but it didn't blow me away. I'm deeply displeased with there being no more global conquest or campaign mode. I understand that they confirmed that the game would have neither of these, but it's still sad. It feels like I'm playing an unfinished futuristic version of Battlefield as well. The graphics are amazing, the multiplayer is pretty good, and that's about the most you can really review in the game.

Amazing looking and the experience is incredibly fun for the older Star Wars fan. Unfortunately, the game is hard as heck. I've never been the biggest fan of first person shooters as I just can't get the hang of locking on and killing other players and this game has taken that to an entirely new level. I haven't gotten through even 1 single player level after around 10 attempts. You have to kill 100 enemies and i can only reach around 60 so I'm not even close. Too frustrating and I've already given up on the game.

I had the best hopes for this game, I watched the teaser trailers for it over and over again, I wanted this game so bad. I had played battlefront 1 and 2 for hundreds of hours as a kid, I LOVED them and I love star wars. Honestly this game feels to me like a 1080p reskin of battlefront 2 minus the space battles and throw in call of duty-ish perks. I do like the game but there's just so many star wars related things missing. No space battles, seriously?! No capital ship versus capital ship battles? wow, they had that on original xbox/PS 2. No single player galactic conquest either... Rebels have almost no actual vehicles in the game whatsoever, empire just has the 2 walkers and 2 fighters, lame. The star wars universe has so many things that could've been included in this game but apparently they decided to include almost barely any of it in this game, battlefront 2 had more vehicles and classes to choose from, pretty sad for 2015. I like the game but would only recommend it for playing 1 or 2 games at a time with a friend and there's no chance of it being considered serious FPS.

I have played about 10 hours so far of this game and time has flown by. This game literally eats hours and it's really fun. Good for the casual gamer who does not want to be intimidated by hardcore FPS players.

This is a tough one. The gameplay and graphics is by far amazing. The problem is in the lack of content and also the $50 price tag on the season pass. i really enjoyed this game but I would not recommend this game to anyone. Business practices like this is bad for gaming consumers.

Could have been a great game had it enough content. The visual effects and sound effects are amazing, but the content altogether is lacking. More so in the single player/coop portion, but lacking regardless. You don't get to use vehicles nearly as much as the old Battlefront games, and there's exploits that make the hero characters nearly invulnerable. It's clear that EA intentionally withheld content from the game so they could sell it later, just like a lot of gamers worried about, so hurry up and shell out $50 for the ridiculous season pass.The game is not worth the price of a full game. I would recommend to a friend, but not at full price.

From a nostalgic standpoint, this game is great. What fan, whether casual or serious, of Star Wars hasn't wondered what it would be like being part of these battles, being Han, Luke, Vader, etc, and flying an X-Wing or AT-AT. This game is great for that and it is fun. However, there is no campaign, and the "missions" leave a great deal to be desired.

Simply put, Black Ops III is a step forward from Sledgehammer's outing, but only mathematically. It's not a proper step forward, but instead more like two steps forward: one step back. I can't deny that multiplayer has seen some favorable tweaks even if it's still rage-inducing, and the content puts its price tag to serious work. It's just too bad that it's severely held back by several flaws in the presentation department.

This game is awesome! The nostalgic music, incredible quality for the maps and who could forget the fun sound fx from the Star Wars movies. This is a great game to play alone or with a friend.

This game is really great looking and the gameplay is fun but the amount of content in the game isn't enough to justify paying full price especially when there is $50 worth of planned content already making the product cost $110 if bought at full price.

This game is basically Battlefield in the Star Wars Universe. Excellent game, great graphics, smooth game play. The multiplayer shines in this game and is loads of fun.

Star Wars Battlefront was initially criticized for lacking content and features. The people who said this were completely right, but they are moving in the right direction by adding some free updates to help fill in the gap. As of the time of writing this review, they have added 3 free new maps to multiplayer and are planning more in the future.

Sure, it might not be the best shooter out there. (Read any of the big reviews online, if you're interested in that.) But if you're a Star Wars fan (of the original trilogy), you'll enjoy this immensely. Have you ever wanted to fly in a massive dogfight in an X-Wing? Have you ever wanted to ride a speeder bike? Have you ever wanted to take part in the Battle of Hoth? Do the sounds of blaster fire immediately bring you back to a galaxy far, far away? If you answered yes to these questions, buy with confidence.

I was all so excited before this game came out. There was so I much hype for it. Then when it finally came out, the mixed reviews kept me from buying it so quickly. I waited a month and gave in because of the pricing, and the b2g1 deal, along with a gamers club membership. And let me tell you, I wish I bought this earlier! This game is a lot of fun! There's quite a few game modes and if you have friends to and play with, you will definitely enjoy it! Beside, what else is a game for? Enjoyment! Have fun!

I preordered this game and have played it almost nightly since launch. It makes you feel like you're part of the Star Wars universe, and it is a great bit of fun to go through and fly ships or duke it out on Hoth. I do wish there were more maps though, as there aren't enough levels to play on.

This game is a must buy for any Star wars or Multiplayer FPS fan with many game modes you will be playing it for months.

So I actually had different expectations about this game. Basically it is Call of Duty death match in the Star Wars universe. I really wanted more single player action and more variation of online multi-player. If you like death match, call of duty and star wars you will like this game.

I played a little and the game overall is fun with friends and only a few game modes are fun to play like Supremacy, Walker Assault, and Drop Zone. These are focused, objective-oriented games that leverage a deep set of sandbox systems so that high action gameplay never stops happening.

it is the best looking game from the battlefront series and the music/sounds so realistic from the original trilogy.
