Super Smash Bros. - Nintendo 3DS is a great game. My son loves playing this game for hours.

My daughter, age six, loves this game. I was worried that after losing interest in the device for most of the year she would not pick this game up, but she did. She will not put her 3DS XL down now. I feel vindicated in some way. We bought it for the Wii U too, and she loves using her 3DS as a controller. Kudos Nintendo! If only you could focus on great brand titles like this, I would not feel so stupid buying your consoles.

At first I though this much action on a small screen would've been a problem, but its really not unless its 4 fighters 2 at each end of the stage. When that happens its very hard to tell what your or your opponents movements are. Besides that, online it great and extra modes are fun.

This game is great if you like fighting games. There are many possible characters to choose from as well as a variety of stages to play on. You can play against others who own the game for the 3ds or on the Wii.

For years gamers have wanted Super Smash in a portable form. Now its available. It has a vast amount of unlockables and a ton of characters. Even some new ones like PacMan is included in this version. The graphics are interesting and the 3-D definitely doesnt hurt the game at all.

It's really easy to control. Also great customization. one of the best game I've ever played.

A satisfying port of the Wii U version of Super Smash Bros. Of course visuals and other certain aspects are downgraded for the 3DS, but the exciting gameplay and additional game modes are all there. An excellent way to take Smash on the go!

Super Smash Bros is not your typical 2D fighting game. Unlike some games that require careful practice and strings of button presses to get combo moves, SSB is easy to pick up for beginners and casual gamers but also has enough content, complexity, and replayability for more experienced players. Single player is fun and has a lot of unlockables, but that's not where this game shines. Local multiplayer and online play (while sometimes laggy), is where the fun really is. SSB has always been about getting a group of friends together for some friendly competition, and now it is more easily done at a distance. One of my favorite new game modes is Smash Run- it begins by giving each player a map to explore for a few minutes. Enemies and treasure chests are scattered throughout the map, and drop all varieties of power-ups, with the intention of using the power-ups in a free for all battle after the time is up. It's a fun new game mode that is different every time. Tournament play is also available for those that want to get more competitive. Overall, I gave this game 4 stars because it is more geared toward online play, which is at times unreliable. If you are not within range of wifi or if you're connection isn't the best, then you will be missing out on the best part of this game. A final tip when playing online: I've found it helps to have a good router and to play as close as you can to the router for the best possible connection.

This is a great game. A handheld super smash brothers well worth the purchase. There is a lot you can do. Battle solo and play through awesome side scrolling adventures to level up a custom character. Then Battle with friends! There's a great number of characters and variety here.

Purchased to revive my 3DS. GREAT FOR TRAVELING OR EVEN JUST GOING TO THE DR.

Great for playing by yourself or just with friends it definitely keeps you playing in to 3 am
