This is a great addition to the SSB franchise, There is a ton of characters to choose from and they look great. lots of options and plenty of trophies to look for. Online Battles!!!! my only complaint is that the DS controls are small and don't work well with bigger hands...(be prepared to have sore thumbs). cant wait for SSB for the Wii U.

Honestly, I was a little bit on the fence about this game on the 3DS. One analogue stick, smaller screens and knowing it is coming out on the Wii U in November... However, I received this as a birthday present and I'm very glad that I did. There are so many characters, stages and game modes crammed into the game there is never a dull moment. The controls can be fully customized and once you find the right settings for you it doesn't feel awkward at all. The graphics are also very impressive and it manages to keep up with the action perfectly. What else can I say? What a great surprise this game has been and there's still so much more to unlock!

Super Smash Bros for 3ds is a fun game to play and pick up on the go. Great characters and stages and provides an amazing experience overall. Nintendo fans will love it even more!

Initially had my doubts as to how it would play on 3ds. But once I got used to the controls, the game easily became my favorite, especially since I can take it anywhere on my 3ds.

There exists no better handheld multiplayer game. Tons of characters, tons of stages, makes you feel like you are playing your console version on a little screen. It's amazing.

This game never gets old and the co op feature is awesome. The wide range of characters to choose from makes it even better

This game is great if you love SSB. While not as complete as the home console title, it definitely does the trick. And being able to use it as an additional controller for the main title makes it that much better if you don’t have an extra remote.

My nephew absolutely loved the game. Said it was the best game for the DS. Characters were easy to unlock and overall was easy to play.

Never played this game before I got my 2ds xl. It was a little challenging at first to get used to the controls, but it’s an overall fun game.

I had been waiting patiently for the game to come out. Honestly best 39.99 spent. It is so fun! Even greater when you have friends to play it online with. Great for all ages

this for me is a quick pick up game. you can play a few rounds, easy to pickup and play esp if you don't have much time (like some rpg games requires you to dedicated some time esp if the save point is far). enjoyable characters, nice mechanics

Tons of characters, lots of new maps, this game is extremely good and goes with you on your 3ds! Boot times on the 3ds take a while but its worth it for some smash action!

We have lots of fun when we played the game Super Smash Bros. Excellent moment-to-moment combat is the real jewel of this game, and the many ways it can be played, from the Wii U GamePad to classic GameCube controllers with an adapter, make it a gift that keeps on giving.

Thi is the first time Smash has been on ahandheld, and while it's not as great as the Wii U version, it's still a blast!

The game is a definite improvement over it's predecessors. With a solid roster of 49 characters (52, technically!) there's something for everyone to enjoy. However, it may feel a bit lacking in content, as this game does not have as much as Brawl (which will probably be remedied in the Wii U version). However the better gameplay more than makes up for it. It's not quite as technical as Melee, so it should prove to be a great meeting ground between both competitive and casual fans of the series, as well as newcomers to the franchise. Super Smash Bros. for 3DS is great fun on the go that will last for years to come.

Melee is still the best Smash Bros out there but I'm happy that I can play this one on the 3DS anywhere and anytime.

This is the next iteration of smash bros. It is totally awesome, and there are a ton of characters to use. You can even use this with the Wii U version, if you have it.

i love smash and the 3ds version is good but the wii u one is alot better and leaves some desires for the 3ds version

Smash Borthers is back with tons of new interesting characters, new levels, and great online play. I love being able to play Super Smash on the go with the 3ds version.
