I really wish I had read reviews before buying this game. I was excited about it, asked a friend and she told me to go for it because it's "great." I don't think it's great. I think it's a little bit boring, smashing the computer over and over. And the controls are difficult to get the hang of for someone who plays Pokemon and Animal Crossing 70% of the time (and SSBB on Wii the other 30%). They're not as straightforward as I would like. I wish I could return this but as I've already opened it and there's nothing actually wrong with it, I can't.

After getting use to the controls on the 3DS I must say I am having a blast playing this game! There are many characters to choose from and you can customize your attacks. I cannot wait to unlock the rest of them. The battles have been exciting and intense with the different stages and items adding even more crazy fun!

I've been a competitive Smasher since '07 and even though this one doesn't feel as good as one would hope, deep down it's an incredible fun game. Smash Run is just like Kirbys Air Ride, all the characters and customizations are fun to goof around with. Online can be iffy, but overall this game delivers for a portable.

Of Course it's awesome it's SMASH BROS. Everytime i play i just get so pumped up I smash everything in my house.

Wow! You are able to fight with your favorite opponents! Great images that we expect from Nintendo and great play time. Able to customize your player for additional fun. Everyone you love is here waiting to play, Mario, Pikachu, Mega Man, Link, to name a few. Will provide plenty of play time for those young at heart.

This is the reason I've pulled out my 3DS recently, this game keeps me coming back more and more. I love it.

With 51 characters, this Smash Bros game boasts the biggest roster yet. The animation on the 3DS is surprisingly smooth and the 3D is subtle enough that it doesn't have the blurring problems that the more intense 3D games have. The 3DS exclusive Smash Run leaves a little to be desired, but overall the game is great.

Super fun! I like that it's portable but it's a little hard to play in four player smash because of the small screen. Still great game nonetheless.

Super smash Bros. for 3DS is another great installment to the line of games with the same name. All the classic game modes as well as few new ones were great to play and continue playing to this day. The ability to create your own fighter and go on a mini rpg-like adventure is also a blast.

Got this for my 6 year old for his birthday. He got a 3DS as a bribe over the summer and he loves this game!!

I bought this game for my grandson. He was thrilled when he opened it. He has since told me "The Game Is Amazing"

I actually never played any Smash Bro series although my bro & sis insisted me to play. I finally got a 3DS along with the game, and for someone who's been playing NES since it first came out, the player characters, music and enemies you fight in the game brings back good memories from back then. Loving it so far.

It's pretty impressive that Nintendo was able to pull this off...a portable Smash Bros. game that actually FEELS like a Smash Bros. game! It may not have as many features as Brawl or the Wii U version but it's still FANTASTIC and I can't recommend it enough. This game has already eaten up way too much of my time!

An amazing game brought to Nintendo handheld for the first time. Lots of characters, levels and amiibo support!

I personally love the smash series. Though there have been a few changes (RIP Roy) that i disagree with, these titles always keep me entertained and are always fun to play. This new title in the series is very enjoyable, fun for all ages in the video gaming community and having it on the go makes it even better.

Fans of the Super Smash series would definitely love this game though its not as amazing as the Wii U version!

I got this game on Black Friday. I was able to get this game for $26 with price matching. My son love his new game for Christmas. He can’t stop playing it. Game is clear and a ton of fun. Thank you Best Buy you made a 5 year old boy happy!

Smash bros is one of the best, most timeless games around. This one is just as good as the rest, and is full of great content. While it may not have everything the Wii U version will, it has it's own exclusive features and the same amazing roster. The controls feel great and playing smash anywhere is amazing.

Best game out there for this console. The wifi battles are great. Highly recommend it. It's best buy for sure!

A solid game - plays well and characters are easy to unlock. Playing on the 3ds using the joystick is a little rough sometimes, since it will get stuck in one direction and make moving a little difficult, but you just have to find your groove and get used to it. When you're actually moving quickly it's fine.
