I brought this game for my son for his birthday. He enjoys playing it.

At first I was worried about playing a game like Smash Bros. on the 3DS. Smash can be intense but it works great on the 3DS. Local multiplayer was smooth and the game is as fun as ever. If you've ever been interested in Smash this is a great time to get into the series!

This is per my 18 yr old son whom actually plays the game, He loves that he can play with his friends, we also have the older Smash Bros Brawl on the WII so if you are a fan you will like this. You can also use the Smash Amiibo with this on the 3DS.

This is a great version of Smash. There is a bit of adjustment needed when first playing but after time the controls feel pretty solid. The gameplay is what you would expect from the series. The online does have some problems but nothing that cant be fixed with patches.

My favorite feature of this is soundtrack. Too bad, this version has no Amiibo support.

I think the controls are a lot better on the 3ds so I don't ever play the game on wii u

To put it simply, if you have liked any of the previous Smash bros. installments but wished you could smash it away anywhere you go, then Nintendo has finally answered your prayers. So pick up the game, play as your favorite character, and I will see you in the arena!

My son is a Mario fanatic, and he has not been able to put down his Super Smash for his 3DS. He plays it so much, and for so long, that I have to make him take a break to rest his eyes. I grew up playing Mario video games, so I didn't hesitate at purchasing this one.

This is an excellent addition to the 3DS lineup, great quality and play ability.

the cramped space of a 3DS handheld for long sessions of a game that typically calls for quick button presses and reflexes may put a strain on others. That's my minor complaint. I use a 3DS XL. YMMV. The game is designed well to be picked up, played on your way to work, during lunch, during commercials, or while you wait for you slow internet connection to buffer that movie on Netflix. Play multiplayer smash for a cumulative 8 hours and you'll unlock all the characters.

Being such a big Smash fan, I couldn't pass up a mobile version of the game. My *only* complaint is that it puts a lot of wear and tear on your slide pad. Which, well, isn't really the game's fault.

I loved Smash Bros Melee and was let down by Brawl. With the new game I was skeptical to what direction it will go in. Surprisingly not only are the game mechanics fast and great, but the portable one manages to pull it off incredibly well. I am blown away by it.

I own this game for the Wii U and purchased it again for the 3DS. I was hesitant at first, but so glad bI purchased it. It's super fun and a staple in my list of games to play when I leave the house. So many characters to choose from!

I got this game for my son. It's pretty simple but it require an sd for an upgrade.

It was purchased as a Gift for my 7 yr old Grandson. He loves it.
