Picked this game up after being on the fence and I am glad I did. Excellent story and gameplay. Exploration is a little on the low side as the game seems pretty linear so far without much room to explore but that's countered by the fast paced combat and excellent story.

What I really like is the depth of customization as far as character's appearance, equipment, and abilities go. It's a very well designed game that I thought seemed a bit confusing as first but then once things click you really see how deep the mechanics are.

This was a fun adventure to take part of! I reccomend it.

The Tales of... games are some of the best JRPG's out there and this one does not dissapoint. A prequel to Zesteria so if your interested in that game I'd play this one first as it will make Zesteria make more sense (imo).

I am a big rpgfan but I only know myself down to Wild Arms and Final Fantasy. I've heard rave reviews about The Tales series and again I cannot wait to dive in. If you can Best Buy please make sure to sell all of The Tales series (physical copies).

If youre looking for a game with more serious tones, this is the one. With a nice mix of characters and personalities, you will appreciate the steps and risks the game takes with more darker themes. Pick this up, this game will last you a long time.

I've long had a distaste for Tales games, but I decided to give this one a chance. The story is a huge step up from recent titles, but the gameplay is incredibly divisive, I would say. A lot of it is more complex that it needs to be, but it's enjoyable nonetheless.

The draw of the Tales series has always been its art style and its fun action oriented battles. This game sticks to those aspects and it is quite entertaining. If you can care about the characters, you will enjoy the game.

If you never played the Tales of seris games, your missing out. The greatest thing about these games are you can play one without having to play them in order. I would highly recommend you try these games out if you haven't already.
