In my opinion this is Telltales best game to date. While many people will likely disagree with me on this, the game is hands down the best spin on the childhood stories that we all grew up with. This game is definitely not something I would recommend to anyone under 16, as there is constant swearing and violence, but if you are mature enough to get over that, there is quite a good storyline for this game,

I was very skeptical about this game. I did not think the story would be very interesting just from what i heard about it. After playing it for a bit it ended up being very interesting though. Who would have thought all the fairy tales characters in a murder mystery in NYC would make such a interesting story. As with the walking dead series this is not really a game and more of a make decisions and face the outcomes experience, so don't go in expecting it to be very action packed. Also the Xbox one version does not add anything over the other versions if you have played it before.

Interesting Detective Yarn, Full Of Fable Characters As You've Never Seen Them Before! Great Graphical Style, Tho A Bit Short, And Lacking Any Real Replay Value-Unless Your The Type That Has To Get All The Achievements, Which I For One Am Not. Worth A Play Tho, If Your Into These Type Of Games! Whose Afraid Of The Big Bad Wolf, Well That Depends...

I wasn't sure if I'd enjoy the storyline gameplay when I purchased, but this game is worth a try. Ended up playing through it rather quickly.

Telltale games are rather lame & waste of money. You are coasted through a story doing nothing then pick decisions here & there. Boom, games over in a couple of hours feeling ripped off of whatever you paid. I suggest only buying if find this at a yard sale for few bucks or on a buy 2 get 1 free like I did and when Best Buy runs those my options were limited with picking this up as a scrap Xbox One title.

I bought this during a reduced price from the MS Store and I figured for the cheap price, it would give me at least a few hours of game play and a break from other multiplayer games. Once I started playing however, I couldn't put it down. I was honestly thinking it was going to be a "Teen Wolf" topic game (not sure why I thought that) which is why I never really gave it a look prior. But wow! Was I ever surprised. The premise is a play on the old Fairy Tales and Fables you heard growing up with a modern twist. As for replay value, you could replay it trying different choices to see where it takes you but it may not be something you replay 100 times. But well worth the price as are most Telltale Games.
