    Very Glitchy

I am reviewing the Xbox one version of Rainbow Six Siege. That game brings back old school terrorist hunt in a new way. In my opinion a bad way because you can't choose any weapon, You pick a character with specific gun and you can custom fit his weapons. If someone else picks that character you have to select another character. The game is random. These character have to be unlocked before picking them using a in game currency called Renown points. They has no Campaign only multiplayer and old school terrorist hunt now, They have other types of terrorist hunt now including, Classic, Hostage rescue,Defend the hostage, and Bomb disarm. The game randomly picks what type of terrorist hunt you will be playing. The game put you and friends or randomly put players over Xbox live against AI terrorist just like old school terrorist hunt. When defending the game lets you setup traps to keep the terrorist from getting the hostage or bomb. The game has many known glitches going on. Worst one is you constantly lose sound. This mainly seems to happen when you unlock a new character is shows a cut scene of the characters ability (Breach Charge) or sometime a drone ability. Its 12-5-15 and so far no progress since release to see any glitches mention fixed. One of the other glitches is server issues. When you sign in it sits trying to connect to server for a while. Then tells you it can't connect. Shortly have about 17 seconds or shorter it finds and connect if you sit in the main menu waiting for it. This is a game issue not my connection issue as everyone playing the game gets the same thing. Controller settings are a little off from old school Rainbow games. The game is nice to play this way but I like the cover setup in the old school rainbow way better. This is rainbow six played like Call of Duty style control. Kind of takes the feel Rainbow six had to changes everything to feel like Call of Duty vs Rainbow six game. Would i recommend this to a friend? Well honestly currently No unless a friend got it then he should have someone to play with working with random people is tough. The only other way i would say buy it is if you are a die hard rainbow fan but even that is tough to say because it really don't feel like a rainbow game in my opinion. The game is alright and would be much better if they fixed the issues. I also dislike the pick a character stuff. I would like to pick and use whatever loadout i want. I give this game a 3 out of 5. But for a game planed years ago i am disappointed for sure.

Got the game to play since I heard it was good. Unless you have a team to play with, there is nothing todo.

I played the beta up to about Level 20 while it was up on the Xbone. I had a great time with the game, when it worked. I found some nights were spent with more frustration than fun. The games are run on a single person's console and if that host leaves the game, you're left searching for another. Hopefully that's fixed by the time the game launches. When I did find a good room, it was pretty amazing. The game had a great community and a great sense of destruction. Unfortunately, I'll be passing on this, since it lacks single player.

    Repetitive

I read some reviews and against by better judgment i purchased this game because I am a huge fan of the Rainbow Six series. The game has hardly any single player options. Single player consists of training sequences and they are a bit boring due to you not being able to choose a personal load out to complete the mission, you are forced to use basic loadouts that are picked for you. Then there is the multiplayer you can choose to add weapon options but only for the specific weapons that the characters that you have to choose from has pre picked for them. Playing multiplayer gets boring fast due to the monotony. Same game over and over... rescue the hostage or diffuse the bomb. this limits you to play the game in almost one room of the whole map. The maps are very small I give this three stars because the game has a quality of difficulty that other first person shooters don't offer. I won't own this game long, I am sure I will get bored with it in a few weeks and go back to playing Fallout4 If i could due it all over again I would same the 60$ and buy something with a bit more options.

This Game is so much fun and it involves a lot of Teamwork. Many things to do from Breaching a Wall to Protecting a helpless hostage. There are so many Factors involved when playing this game but it is AWESOME! I met 4 other people on Rainbow Six Siege and now we play everyday as a sqaud and i added them on my friends list. If you want to win in this game you NEED 4 other good players to work as a team and who have Microphones so you can talk to each other. I can't wait to get off work so i can play all night tonight :)

Great game, bad Ubisoft servers at times

I really like this Tom Clancy games. The maps are great and you are not always spawned in the same location over and over. The online multiplayer is what I really enjoy. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the Ubisoft servers at times are VERY slow; it takes forever to connect to a game at times. Also one last thing, if you are going to play online GET A HEADSET, there is no since in play a co op game where you can't talk to your teammates!!

Rainbow 6 Siege was a game I purchased through the word of mouth. It really is a game where teamwork, communication, and patience are required. Microphones are not required, but they would be a definite plus when playing the game. There is a small learning curve to the game, because of how slow-pace it can be compared to BF4 or CoD. The hit registry and servers can still be iffy at times, but Ubisoft has constantly been trying to fix it.

Rainbow six is unlike any first person shooter I have played in the past, playing every call of duty I remind you. This game utilizes more tactics than any other call of duty game. The offline play i wouldn't call a campaign but it is still pretty cool. You receive a situation that you have to complete and even on normal difficulty they are still pretty challenging. I would definitely give this game a shot when you are tired of COD.

Rainbow Six Seige is one of the best games I've ever played. Realistic, strategic, and communication among teammates is essential. Great graphics and accurate when it comes to overall gameplay. The servers have gotten better but still need some improvement. Also, team killing issues need to be addressed.

    Great Tactical Shooter

Overall, this is a great tactical shooter. I came into the game with the intent of mainly playing against the computer in terrorist hunts, but quickly was engaged with the competitive multiplayer. Seeing as how this game is very teamwork focused, though, definitely recommend a purchase of a mic.

Amazing game.. Literally the most hooked I've been to a FPS in a while (probably since Halo 3, 4, Reach, 2) But be warned that the servers are currently in a state of chaos.. lots of people get dropped from the servers.. but regardless this game is amazing and when they do fix it it will be flawless.

This game is brilliant and is unlike any other FPS

I was hesitant about buying this game after watching some videos online and reading other reviews. I finally decided I needed a new multiplayer game and my purchase. This game is unlike any other FPS. It's like one big game of Hide and Seek or Homealon. You don't necessarily create your own class, you unlock operators that have different skills and gear. My favorite part about the game is that it is very strategic. The defending team can setup traps, barricades, barbed wire, C4, gas, use cameras and so on. Choosing which operator you want to play as will change how you play the entire round. While some operators are better than others they all play very important roles in forifying your base or breaching a reinforced steel wall. This game is lots of fun. Although I could see it getting old or boring after a few months I plan on playing other games here and there then coming back to play a few rounds as time progress'.

Great Game, Servers need help though

The game itself is one of the best FPS games I have ever played. The concept of having different operators with a unique skill set and weapons enhances the need for good team communication. Having one shot headshots and routine updates to the game to fix any bugs or imbalances certain operators have is great. This game could easily be one of the best FPS games I have ever played except my only complaint is that the UBISOFT servers are really bad. Getting disconnected from games, sometimes the loading phase into the game freezes and match making takes a long time too sometimes. If Ubisoft ever fixed their server issues, easily one of the best games ever. I have put well over 300 hours into this game.

Siege is insanely fun and very difficult to stop playing once you've begun. I've been missing Counter Strike ever since I moved from PC to Xbox One, and Siege is the closest thing I've found, and almost more fun to play. The different classes and weapons upgrades make playing for hours enjoyable because unlocking new stuff is always fun! Quick, round-based gameplay is just short enough to avoid becoming tedious while still being long enough to make your actions have consequences. Overall, Siege is my favorite multiplayer game in a very long time.
