I've not had to replace the ink yet so that's why only a 4. Otherwise, this product is dependable and easy to use. The tech who installed the printer was excellent and answered all our questions.

The agent set up my iMac, connected it to my printer via wire and wireless. He was very conscientious in reviewing basic operations. I could’ve used additional assistance in opening, web, browsers, and other online software that was installed after his visit. I suggest a follow up visit after an initial set up, especially for a novice user as myself.

The Geek Squad connected my printer to my home WiFi and everything worked great. They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable and helpful. Craig was very good at explaining the technical aspects so I would know how to use this method in the future. I am also able to print from my phone.
