I love this service. They are very helpful and knowledgeable and have helped me each time. They got my printer working and connected. When they were here they also fixed a few other unrelated issues.

The geek squad member did a good job but when the geek squad comes over they are supposed to do the whole job. He was not friendly and didn`t care about anything but pushing a few buttons and getting out. Too much money for not enough service. Next time send me a tech pro that knows how to say "good morning"

Zane did a great job. He fixed our issues quickly, made sure everything was working before he left and showed me what I needed to do if any issues arose again. This service is totally worth it.

The printer setup including correction of connection problems was accomplished quickly and there has been no further problem. The geek agent was timely, pleasant and I would welcome him again to my home.

Connected computer to printer and installed tv mount and connected tv to netflex.

The Geek Squad agent was very professional and came with shoe coverings, face mask and gloves. I felt very safe. He installed and connected my new printer and made sure it was working properly and was patient and answered all my questions.

Daniel was the tech who came to install the new printer and computer. He was very patient when I was asking questions. This had more bells and whistles then the printer it replaced.

I had two printers that were tempermental and not working. They totally fixed one of them. The more ancient one they told me to get new ink cartridges and see if that would work. Nice people who knew what they were doing. My only problem was that I carried the printer to the store. They prefer to fix on site.

The agent at the store helped me immediately and my laptop was then cleaned of the virus.

Set up was clear cut, but I wasn’t told I needed to load the app on my computer to do scanning from my printer at that time. Called the Geek squad for that, no problems.

The agent installed device and connected it to my other devices and proved instruction on how to use it. As always Agent was extremely helpful and knowledgable

The agent encountered some installation issues and concluded it was a faulty product. He helped me with the exchange and returned to install it answering all my questions before leaving. Good job.
