In house Totaltech support was very good. Identified problem promptly and I was able to get router problem corrected shortly. Online total tech was not very good. After repeated calls and rude techs. I would avoid this method every time.

Techican called to let me know his arrive time. They gave me a 4 hour window and he arrived at the beginning of my 4 hours. He followed all of the virus protocel. Had mask, gloves, shoe covers. Answered all my questions

See also my review for at home new computer set up. I had purchased a printer from BB just before a new computer but had an issue with part of the set up. the Geek agent was super in fixing that for me when he did my new computer setup.

I was in an emergency late at night. My laptop froze and I had important zoom interviews the next day. Two techs worked until my laptop was working perfectly. They finished after 11 PM. Wow!

The gentleman that came to our house to set up our new ecotank printer did a fantastic job .He answered all our concerns. ( We have had the printer for about a month....great purchase. Sorry late on our review for delivery and set up )

Great job in diagnosing printer compatibility with PC and solving problems along the way. Made sure I understood what the ramifications were of his actions. Was fast, courteous, professional.

Tech did good job on printer, started on PC and misquoted date. When called to rescedule, was told March was full, and couldn't set up for April yet. THIS IS NOT GOOD!

The geek squad member did a good job but when the geek squad comes over they are supposed to do the whole job. He was not friendly and didn`t care about anything but pushing a few buttons and getting out. Too much money for not enough service. Next time send me a tech pro that knows how to say "good morning"

Your agent, Brian Sutton, was able to fix a very difficult problem I was having in the middle of tax season which is the worst possible time for me. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was very respectful and unobtrusive during our business hours.
