Tech did good job on printer, started on PC and misquoted date. When called to rescedule, was told March was full, and couldn't set up for April yet. THIS IS NOT GOOD!

I had an older business grade multi-funcion printer/scanner/fax machine. When it was at my office I could scan, in PDF format, to my email. Since I brought the machine home it would not do so. The Geek Squad tech took a long time work on the problem and finally got it to work. I am very grateful.
