Cheaper than larger units & prints two side Got over 700 hp smart ink and Geek squad did excellent job setting up! Strongly recommend Geek squad and got their extended service.

The tech guy was really helpful and solved our problem. A little piece of the plastic had broken off which caused it to say paper jam so we couldn’t print anything. We highly recommend total tech support.

I chose the tech package for the installation feature and future tech needs. I hate taking times these days reading confusing installation instructions and frustrations figuring it all out when I can have an expert do it and save my time to activities I do better.

Installer was to install a printer which had been intermittent due to a lighting power surge. Printer was working so installer updated some passwords and went over several security updates.

I was having trouble with my computer and printer. Geek Squad member worked on my computer setup to make it work faster and eliminated excess files. He also showed me how to make my printer work more easily.

Jason, the tech who installed our devices did a great job and answered all questions and provided great instructions on how to use everything correctly.

It was not worth it!!! He would not respond to my calls and did not hook me over the air in the house, you have to carry the laptop to the printer and hook up the CABLE !! I am sad I gave him a great survey in the 0begining !!!

The wonderful Geek Squad men came to my home and set up my new printer to communicate with my computer, and connected my phone so that the printer would print from my phone , and they also made more storage on my smartphone.

Epson printer not working.Joe came and worked on it realizing I really use it! showed me some tips to use when filling ink and using the printer to work from instead of off my computer.

Agent reviewed my printer set up and told me that my laptop was not communicating with my printer and I would need a new printer.

The agent came and quickly connected my new HP Envy printer to my two desk top computers and my laptop computer and checked out to make sure everything was working correctly.

The agent set up my printer and connected it to 2 of my PCs. He was knowledgeable, proficient and very professional. He was very thorough, tested all the functions, reviewed all the features with me and took time to answer all my questions.

Had an appointment to have someone come out to connect printers but he said had to have computers fixed. took computers fixed and then made appointment to have someone come out to connect printers again but they never did. I finally got one working but not the others. May call again one of these days.

Nathan Schultz took the time to make sure everything was correct, all my questions answered and even had me perform printer functions so I understood. He was an absolute godsend, courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!
