The Geek Squad agent that came to our home was outstanding. His name was Scott and he was very professional and he knew his business. Scott had our printer working within minutes and also got the printer working on my cellphone and my wife’s laptop.

I have never been able to get my printers to work with a wireless connection. After buying a new printer from Best Buy I arranged in home installation to get it connected, and the installer was also able to get another printer connected as well. Wireless finally.

Cassidy is an amazing and irreplaceable member of your team. If she wants a raise, give it to her. Whatever she is being paid ISN’T ENOUGH!

The geek squad representative was extremely knowledgeable. He was very thorough & explained to me how/why he set up my Epson printer. I appreciated his assistance with troubleshooting my new headset. Thank goodness for this brilliant & technically gifted man.

Exactly what I wanted. Install was a breeze with geek squad. Everything works , all devices can print and of course with the service plan, it as free! He here and gone in a flash. So great service. Highly recommend them.

I already set up my printer but wanted a few tweaks, like email name, scan to email, rename printer. The tech said it doesn’t have that capability. When I said the store reps said it did, he said , “that means nothing.” Will need to get an upgrade to do what I want. The store reps encouraged me to buy the one I have. I was looking at bigger. I also wanted the printer icon on my desktop to access and he asked me why I would want that. When we were perusing HP smart ap, asked if some software we were looking at was the ‘print driver’ software and he said, “what you just said made no sense.” Apparently he’s not been in the business long enough to know what a print driver is! I used to sell printers when, back 15 years ago, we updated them thru the manufacturers driver website. LOL. At any rate, the guy was not very helpful and somewhat offensive.

He kept me updated to his arrival time. It took him less then 30 minutes to connect my printer to the computer. Once he was done, he showed me how to change the ink and do maintenance. He was wonderful and I would have him back again.

Josh arrived as scheduled and quickly evaluated my printers/computer interface problem and determined it was my router. He performed the necessary reconfiguration of my router and the interface problem was resolved. He was very informative as to why I was having the problem.

Like everything that Geek Squad Agents have done in my home this was another perfect experience. Thorough and professional. It is so nice to be able to know what to expect from them.

The agent came to my home and got my printer to work remotely. There was an error which needed a technical person and he was very business oriented and worked quickly and had a great attitude. Did not make us feel incompetent.
