The agent fixed the error which was the printer updating without my knowledge. It just stopped printer with an error. Ruben, the Geek Squad tech, was on time and found the printer's problem right away. He was worth the extra money to have him come to my hours.

The tech guy was really helpful and solved our problem. A little piece of the plastic had broken off which caused it to say paper jam so we couldn’t print anything. We highly recommend total tech support.

Just got a new HP printer to go with my new HP laptop. Used the Geek Squad to set up the printer, set up the Instant Ink program, as well as set up my laptop with the new wireless printer. Everything went very smoothly and we were printing in no time. Geek Squad was very efficient. I would highly recommend this service.

I was having trouble with my computer and printer. Geek Squad member worked on my computer setup to make it work faster and eliminated excess files. He also showed me how to make my printer work more easily.

I needed to reschedule to have him come back out. I still had one more day to get in before the 30 days was up. The guy was rude, kept interupting me, said no way and it would cost me another 109$. The printer is showing it has wifi connection, but no connection to phone or computer for wireless use. I ask to speak to someone else, he said no. He was rude. Now I have a 300$ printer, 109$ service call and nothing, unless I pay another 109$, sick to my stomach. I see you want to know if I would recommend Geek Squad, yes I would if someone would come back and figure out why it wont talk to computer or phone.

Andrew was great in setting up my new printer, answering all my questions, and addressing some of my other concerns with competence, courtesy, and clear exclamations.

The Geek Squad member who came to our home was professional, knowledgeable, clean and polite. He set the printer up and answered all the questions we had.

I already set up my printer but wanted a few tweaks, like email name, scan to email, rename printer. The tech said it doesn’t have that capability. When I said the store reps said it did, he said , “that means nothing.” Will need to get an upgrade to do what I want. The store reps encouraged me to buy the one I have. I was looking at bigger. I also wanted the printer icon on my desktop to access and he asked me why I would want that. When we were perusing HP smart ap, asked if some software we were looking at was the ‘print driver’ software and he said, “what you just said made no sense.” Apparently he’s not been in the business long enough to know what a print driver is! I used to sell printers when, back 15 years ago, we updated them thru the manufacturers driver website. LOL. At any rate, the guy was not very helpful and somewhat offensive.
