Our tech, Barinua did an outstanding job, not only installing the printer but teaching my mother and I how to use it. She was patient, kind and very knowledgeable.

Had problem w/ the scan option on my printer. The Geek Squad tech corrected the problem and then put an icon the desk top for future needs. And since then I did need to use that option and it worked perfectly.
