The agent, Raymond, set up and installed my printer after the computer had been worked on by the GEEK Squad. He further answered several questions we had. He was very patient with us and proved very helpful.

I could have done it myself with a lot of swearing and stress involved. Tech came in, installed 2 printers on my laptop and showed me how to print via my iphone. I was amazed at how fast it happened and the tech was so helpful in answering my questions. Worth every penny
