Thorough an capable installers. Total Tech sent two fellows, each seemed to have a specialty in the set up. Took the time to link each of our 6 devices for remote printing.

The agent connected our new wireless HP printer to our hard drive computer in no time flat. He explained how to change the ink cartridges and he elimated cookies. We feel confident in printing now.

Mark Williams remedied my computer-printer connection and made Google Nest the primary router for all my home devices. He was courteous, efficient, and a good communicator. He told me step by step what he was doing so I could learn from him.

The store sold my husband a printer that wouldn't work with his desktop. He had to buy a new computer and the Geek agent set that up properly. The Geek squad on the phone is awful if you can ever get them. You need to better train your employees.
