She was awesome. she was on time friendly and got our printer up and running. very patient and showed us how to use the printer with simple instructions.

Geek Squad representative was on time, followed the checklist, and not only set up my printer, but gave me additional information that was really helpful. Sometimes companies don’t include technical information that is critical to the operation.

The agent delivered and installed my HP printer and gave a few quick tips for its operation. He had inspected my first HP printer determined that it was defective and encouraged me to return the printer and order a replacement. He carried the defective printer and my old printer to my car as I was unable to carry them. He was a very pleasant Geek Squad member to work with.

The agent set up the new printer. Filled the ink tanks and set the wireless connection. Then showed me .How to scan other documents.

The service was superb. The specialist from the Geek Squad, who set up my printer, was very proficient and exceptionally kind.

The agent did a troubleshoot on our computer and printer and we were made aware that our internet was a contributing problem. The router was not consistently working. The printer and computer could not work properly until the router was replaced.

The agent fix the problem I was having with my desktop (Mac) connecting with the printer. He explained everything to me and was very thorough. He even wrote it down for me. I'm a little computer illiterate, and he made it so easy for me. He was awesome!

Same guy that installed a computer installed our new printer. He installed it and aught us how to use it correctly. I recommend Best Buy all the time.
