The guy who helped me fantastic.He was very knowledgeable and stayed with it till he solved the problems. I think his name was Tom.Not sure.He was from Oklahoma City. I bought the printer in Stillwater.

The agent came to my home and got my printer to work remotely. There was an error which needed a technical person and he was very business oriented and worked quickly and had a great attitude. Did not make us feel incompetent.

Arrived on time. Extremely courteous. High level of expertise. Assisted me with complete setup and answered questions about other computer issues. Very thankful for such an excellent experience with this Geek Squad expert.

Daniel understood our need to coordinate our printer with the computer. He explained steps we need for future printer use with phones, iPad, and computer. We appreciate his knowledge and his willingness to share with us.

Had problem w/ the scan option on my printer. The Geek Squad tech corrected the problem and then put an icon the desk top for future needs. And since then I did need to use that option and it worked perfectly.

I chose the tech package for the installation feature and future tech needs. I hate taking times these days reading confusing installation instructions and frustrations figuring it all out when I can have an expert do it and save my time to activities I do better.

The Geek Squad agent that came to our home was outstanding. His name was Scott and he was very professional and he knew his business. Scott had our printer working within minutes and also got the printer working on my cellphone and my wife’s laptop.

My setup went great. The printer is working fine. I used it for another’s 25 minutes of work done .

My new Canon color laser printer was not consistently being recognized by my iMac. The Geek squad quickly fixed this problem and several others. Also, he gave me some helpful pointers and shortcuts in everyday use. Very helpful!

We weren’t able to mount the TV because I needed to contact the geek squad and let them know that I needed to have a brace installed.
