Our new computer was installed in a great way and was installed quickly. The person who installed it was very knowledgeable.

Set up my printer and counsel me on other things that needs to be addressed.

The agent was able to connect my printer to my Verizon Wi-Fi and he informed me that my TV is a smart TV and he shows me how to use it and he connected my thermostat to my Wi-Fi

I am a Total Tech Member. I buy all my electronic from cell- phone to lap computer, tablet, TV, HP printer, and security outdoor cameras. I love my EUFY security system. As for tech support. I had a problem with my printer, Drake, and Present today. Excellent job and very professional. This is the very reason. I buy all my electronic equipment at my favorite store. BEST BUY!!

The geek squad was totally AWESOME !! They were very polite and answered any questions we had . They never acted like our question were silly but just answered them. We are very grateful they could come and get us all set up in working order.

The Geek Squad team members showed me how to remove a paper jam from my new HP printer purchased at Best Buy. Upon inquiry, they also helped me to understand what is happening within our independent living facility with the changes to Dish, etc. from Cox regarding Wi-Fi, fiber optics, etc.

Right on time and everything went smoothly. Explained everything and answered my questions.

The printer was not easy enough for me to set up by myself. Had to use a tech, what a pain!!

I purchased a top Lenovo computer together with the Microsoft Office Home & Student package to use for travel and also to have files from an old computer transfered to it. The files were transfered; however, Outlook did not work. When I took the computers back to the Geek Squad to have the problem solved, I was met with Lynn who repeatedly told me that we had only 20 minutes of her time. We also noticed that two other Geek Squad men were spending well over 30 minutes helping another customer with his technical issues. Lynn did not solve the problem, was repeatedly curt, interspersed with instructions. Being long time Best Buy customers and subscribers to Best Buy Technical Support, we were disappointed with Lynn's service and attitude. If she did not know how to solve the problem, we would have been happy to wait and work with someone who did. We have always had superior service and support from the Geek Squad previously. We are now wondering if we should once again request Geek Squad help solve the problem.

The agents hooked up a router to mynew Best Buy printer perfectly!

I felt this agent was very knowledgeable and helpful in this situation, since it was the 3rd attempt to get this done. However, I was very upset when he informed me, that Best Buy will start charging ,Total Tech members 20% off the price of the visits to have any in home work done at residence. If the company is tracking how many times people are using the service, then they should start having a different plan so they don't abuse it. In other words, why not have the first 10 visits in a year for free like normal? And then the people who abuse it. You can start charging them if they have too many in home visits. Looking at my track record. I haven't had that many,So why should I be penalized? I probably look like I have a couple more than normal. But it's because the job was not completed to the satisfaction of the company so I had to contact BestBuy again to get somebody out here to complete the original work order. The worker explained everything to my satisfaction. And knew his job well plus I could understand him. When I had questions he was able to resolve. It was a good answer.

I already reviewed this once but… Here goes again! These guys really knew what they were doing/they did an excellent job/and if I ever have problems again in the future, I will definitely call Best Buy geek squad, and recommend them to my friends!

The agent inspected and reprogrammed my printer to respond to my laptop and my cell phone. I recently changed my internet service and Travis Snyder from the Geek Squad tackled the situation with ease. Thank you Travis Snyder.

Like the printer so far. Is like any other product—to learn its peculiarities. I use it to make copies and print out documents for a class I write and teach.

Daniel did a great job fixing my new computer, installing the recovery key. He also explained how to get rid of scam pop-ups. My hero!
