Geek squad Total tech performed an excellent job installing and setting up my Epson Workforce Printer. They were puntual, efficient, and courteous

Agent Tyler also set up my printer. My printer was an older one and he was not sure that it would work with my new iMac. Much to our surprise it works and for the small amount I print it is just fine.

I'm so thankful for the Geek Squad. They can do what I can't and have no knowledge of. If it weren't for them I would not be able to maintain this new tech. stuff. I'm learning, but only by having the Geek Squad.

Little disappointed because I was not asked for my preferences during setup. This caused a Lot of stress. For example, the printer would not Print a fax transmission confirmation report, I called and they could not tell me how or even tell me if the printer was capable of doing that. So I had to figure it out on my own. It was a setting that needed changing . There were several settings That needed to change from the initial setup. I still would recommend geek squad but I would be sure they asked me for my preferences. There are still settings I have to change each time I print. Haven’t had time to call Greek squad to figure out how to change the setting. I tried but it keeps going back to a different setting. It also took a long time to set up. That would not have been a problem if I had been asked for my preferences. The technician was very polite.

Genesis was excellent and also trained me for a bit to get me comfortable with my new computer. She deserves a raise! :)

The agent was very friendly and efficient. He explained things I had questions about and in addition to fixing my printer/computer connectivity problems, he got rid of my cookies, increased my font size so I could finally read the screen without the difficulty I was having.

Nice printer, we like the way you can crop pictures you are scanning and also change the pixel settings. It is nice to be able to print from your I had never thought about doing that and it is great.

==They didn't really get the printer working. When I try to print it gives me the message printer is off line. If I unplug the printer and plug it back in it prints. Not really what I hoped for.

I needed to reschedule to have him come back out. I still had one more day to get in before the 30 days was up. The guy was rude, kept interupting me, said no way and it would cost me another 109$. The printer is showing it has wifi connection, but no connection to phone or computer for wireless use. I ask to speak to someone else, he said no. He was rude. Now I have a 300$ printer, 109$ service call and nothing, unless I pay another 109$, sick to my stomach. I see you want to know if I would recommend Geek Squad, yes I would if someone would come back and figure out why it wont talk to computer or phone.

The Geek Squad agent was efficient and informative with setting up my printer and programming it to my laptops. He was able to answer all questions but, I should have taken notes.

Robert, from Geek Squad, was great. He set up my new computer and my new printer. Helped me get accustomed to the use and showed me shortcuts.
