I tried several frustrating hours to get my printer connected to my wifi and finally gave up. The agent had my printer up and running within 10 minutes. I am so grateful to the geek squad thanks for being there for us people who have no tech savvy.

Dominic, our agent setup and connected all devices and software. He was the epidemy of manners and professionalism. It was really great working with him.

The store sold my husband a printer that wouldn't work with his desktop. He had to buy a new computer and the Geek agent set that up properly. The Geek squad on the phone is awful if you can ever get them. You need to better train your employees.

Little disappointed because I was not asked for my preferences during setup. This caused a Lot of stress. For example, the printer would not Print a fax transmission confirmation report, I called and they could not tell me how or even tell me if the printer was capable of doing that. So I had to figure it out on my own. It was a setting that needed changing . There were several settings That needed to change from the initial setup. I still would recommend geek squad but I would be sure they asked me for my preferences. There are still settings I have to change each time I print. Haven’t had time to call Greek squad to figure out how to change the setting. I tried but it keeps going back to a different setting. It also took a long time to set up. That would not have been a problem if I had been asked for my preferences. The technician was very polite.

David was very good. Excellent in fact. He got me going again and answered questions and explained how to do something that was causing me a different problem. Thumbs up. great job !!!!

The tech came to set up the printer and made sure I knew how to use it and answered all my questions before leaving.

The tech was very helpful and installed my printer to my desktop and laptop. He also reviewed with me how to use the scanning icon.

I could have done it myself with a lot of swearing and stress involved. Tech came in, installed 2 printers on my laptop and showed me how to print via my iphone. I was amazed at how fast it happened and the tech was so helpful in answering my questions. Worth every penny

The agent set up a new computer system including the printer, downloading Quickbooks and setting up a new gmail address for us. The geek squad professional was patient, informative and suggested options for us. We were extremely impressed.

Printer worked as a copier, but would not printer from Microsoft Office Suite of software. Geek Squad technician quickly fixed printer driver issue & tested printer. Printer fixed.

Agent Tyler also set up my printer. My printer was an older one and he was not sure that it would work with my new iMac. Much to our surprise it works and for the small amount I print it is just fine.
