He came and set up wireless printer so I could print and scan. Very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and on time.

The Geek Squad guys are all Terrific and knowledge. Rubin(very caring) was at the house and Mohammed is in the Holmdel office. Both of the men are a plus to the Geek Squad and Best Buy! They are kind, courteous and helpful! Thank you Guys for an easy transition!

For once in a long while the setup to my network and laptop for my printer worked flawlessly so I was able to cancel the service. The gentleman I talked to gave me other hints for continued success.

Geek squad is always as close as the phone whenever I have a problem with my computers. They are able to solve whatever problem I call with, large or small. My Granddaughter is very that I have them and don't have to call her when I have a problem.

Geek squad know the issue with the terrible cannon interface for entering wifi passwords with multiple key strokes for almost every letter or digit. Solve the issue in a matter of a few minutes.
