Geek Squad came to my home and fixed my printer. He was very professional and kind.

The agent succeeded in making my laptop and printer work together again. He also solved a problem I was having with the laptop. He was a very fine representative from Best Buy and the GEEK Squad.

It was not a TV, but my new HP printer. Josh quickly installed the printer, connected my cell phone to the printer, and reviewed operating procedures. Josh does a good job and arrives when he says he will.

We weren’t able to mount the TV because I needed to contact the geek squad and let them know that I needed to have a brace installed.

caleb got my printer working again. it wasn't my usual way of doing things so i had to learn a new way to print. i had other questions. he found my ebook had NOT been backing up for years. so he sold me a new one called something else. he took all the time i needed during this visit ;) very attentive and good personality.
