I was very pleased with the setup of my printer and the time taken to explain to me all my options and that everything worked correctly.

A vast amount of knowledge by my home installation rep. He took the time to double check that I was completely satisfied with my printer setup and had no problems with the questions I had for him. He did not rush through the process of the setup.

This was set up by the technician who also took care of my Mac air set up. It was so pleasant not to have to fool with anything and just use it. He was both professional and efficient.
