It was not a TV, but my new HP printer. Josh quickly installed the printer, connected my cell phone to the printer, and reviewed operating procedures. Josh does a good job and arrives when he says he will.

Geek Squad teahnician was very competent, helpful and did an excellent job of hookinng up m printer to my computer.

Tyler corrected the connection on the printer and made sure it worked properly before he left. He was very personable and answered any questions I had.

Agent showed the utmost curtesy towards my 87yo mom. He set up her new printer and showed her how to use it. She’s very happy with the printer, liked the geek squad guy, and has stopped calling me to come and fix the old one!

caleb got my printer working again. it wasn't my usual way of doing things so i had to learn a new way to print. i had other questions. he found my ebook had NOT been backing up for years. so he sold me a new one called something else. he took all the time i needed during this visit ;) very attentive and good personality.

The agent set up my printer. I was especially pleased that he came to my house because there was a very bad snowstorm but he didn't reschedule. He also tested everything like printing from my laptop and from my phone and making a copy.

The service tech that came over was very friendly and helpful for us old timers got both computers set up to scan and copy.

Tech Alex set up Brother all-in-one printer with combined wired and wireless connections. He called & arrived at requested time. Great job! No additional charge with our Total Tech contract. Huzzah!!

A wonderful service and advice from the Geek Squad. This was done in record time. I would highly recommend having your battery replaced by the Geek Squad folks. Don't take chances doing it yourself!

The agent arrived on time, was so courteous & friendly, eager to explain the product after installation & asked if there was any other need I had. I did & asked her how to get my web root virus protection on my cell phone. She assisted me with that.

Agent was nice, professional and respectful. He had to install an outlet and explained everything to me before installing and did a test wash to make sure there were no leaks before he left.

i purchased this for my grandson and have tech coming to set up so i really don't know yet. BUT if it is half as good as one i purchased for myself earlier, he will LOVE it !
