He did a good job installing my computer and printer. Since the original appointment was scheduled a day before and no one showed up or called, I appreciated the quick service by Tim. Since the initial service my new printer which worked for a couple days now shows an error message and will not work. I decided to wait until Tim can come back instead of having another tech.
